Godfather Crazy Nine Congratulations, On out standing our enemies, and taking on the roll of Godfather in St Louis. I know now that this great city will prosper and grow in numbers with excellent mobsters. I knew one day you would find yourself here and it honors me beyond words to get the chance to stand next to you.

I would like to also thank Godfather Deimne for allowing me to serve under him, that too was an honor. And thank you for giving St. Louis to Crazy Nine so that he can make the city thrive.
