I would first like to say it is an honor and a privilege to be here with you today.


I will start by telling you a bit about my family lineage.  My family
dates back to the times where mafia was introduced to these American
shores. Straight off the boat my ancestors, were just as lost as most
of yours.  Instead of getting lost in the cracks they looked to one
another for help and guidance.  There have been so many prestigious
families to help my ancestors establish themselves in this lovely world
we now call the Cosa Nostra.   I can't give all the credit to a
specific person because it would simply be unfair.  There is a long
list of people who have contributed to the success of my family
lineage; the list includes both friends and foes alike.  Enough with
the jibber jabber.


Although at first glance the name I have chosen for my family might
seem a bit thoughtless, I assure you it has much more meaning.   The
name goes back several generations.  It goes back to an argument that
one of my great great grandfathers had with a friend who is no longer
with us today.  It was an agreement we had between us, and I will honor
it to this day.  After all, I am a firm believer in honor.  

Flashback

It was a very white winter that year, sitting outside of a coffee
shop a man by the name of Will-C approached my great great grandfather
with a smile.

How are you doing?   He asked.

Just great, what brings you to this side of town?

Well, I had  a very important question to ask you, to be honest.  Do you have a few moments?

 For you?  I have as much time as you need.  My Grandfather said.

You see, Anita has given me the opportunity to set up in New York
City.   I've come to you to ask if you'd be my  RHM.  Before you answer
that I'd also

like you to assist me in naming my family

Without hesitation my grandfather responded.  For you? I would be more than honored.

Aye,  thank you very much.  I wouldn't have wanted it any other
way, Will-C responded.  Now for a name?  What do you think about Vipers?

With a scowl my Grandfather responded.  Really?  What about 'La Banda di Fratelli'

With a smirk on this face Will-C responded like his charming ole
self.  How about we make a deal?  Lets compromise here...My family name
will be 'The Vipers'...Somewhere down the road, if any of my sons
should ever go bold we shall name ourselves 'La Banda di Fratelli'. 
You must promise me the same though.  If ever your family lineage has
an opportunity to go bold you must also carry on the name of 'La Banda
di Fratelli'.

With a smile my Grandfather looked at Will-C. You've always had such a way with words, my friend.  How could i say No?

Present day


Just like that the promise was made, and I stand here today many
generations later to Honor it.  Again, I understand at first glance it
might seem a bit thoughtless;  It holds a special place in my heart. 
It is clear to me that Will-C meant the world to my forefathers.  He
will always be loved by my lineage, and i hope that many generations
later we can still make you proud.


I assure you I won't disappoint you or my forefathers.


I would like to sit here and tell everyone what I know they want to
hear.  What a great family head I would be, and what I plan to do to
contribute to the continued success in Philadelphia.  However, I've
been living a life of a Mafioso long enough to understand that actions
speak louder than words in our world.  So shall we see?

A very special thanks goes out to Cryptic for giving me the opportunity
of serving in his family for so long.  You took me under your wing,
when I was merely a Civilian.  I thank you very much my friend.

Lucretia; Thank you for putting your trust in me, it is an honor to
expanded your businesses in the beautiful city of Philadelphia. I
couldn't be happier that I've been given such an opportunity.  Words
cannot explain my gratitude.

JesseJames,It over whelms me to hear this story.I remember hearing the stories about our great grandfathers working together,the laughs they shared and the stories about the legend you speak of Mr.WillC.My father himself spoke great things about you that I remember hearing first hand as a child.He was always saying how reckless you were in your youth and how it would take a miracle  for  you to straighten  out  and become more then a common gangster.If he or WillC were here today I know for a fact they would be extremely proud of you.

Nathaniel searches for JesseJames in the large crowd on the corner. He finally finds him and approaches him. He shakes the mans hand, lights a smoke to start his words.

Jesse...my father served with you in Vegas for quite some time. He always saw the potential we all knew you had. It is good to be able to see you put that potential to use. It is good to see you in your flashy bold suit, and I wish you the best of luck.

We all know that you will serve us proudly.
