If you get the front page you can enter Andrew Hoover in the search box.. its the first link that it gives you (The one that says Andrew Hoover ;) ), Click on that link and itll take you to the page you can vote.

Ah, I see the issue, when I type /"me" for member it put my user name
So I guess the only way to would be to copy and paste this link into the browser, and erase the underscore in member.
