I understand there is a huge ask for this one, from a building perspective. From a user perspective, it's be freaking awesome and I hope others agree.

So currently DFP's offer us an additional source of income, which is about it. There may be a little competition within the district to obtain one over another crew or person within a crew, but not a great deal.

However, what if there was multiple different 'front' operations, which were available to you by some predetermined criteria (Rank, level, age, exp, etc) which open up further possibilities for both cash flow and potential game experience?

The Front Properties would be more widely available between districts and cities, creating competition to obtain one. they would offer differing levels of complexity to maintain (as rank increased you have the option to sell up and try to buy a better operation), like the bribe system we currently have in place.

• Liquor (In keeping with Prohibition era)
• Prostitution
• Gambling/Casino
• Drugs

So far the coding seems pretty easy, however I've got a complicated twist to throw in. How about we tidy up our free-for-all business districts (Which serve only as a semi-private streets) and make business activity directly linked to the FP's?

Only when you own a FP, are you able to be an "Owner" of a business district. Once you purchase one, a premade template is dropped in the BD, like the funeral ones, and from there your business has been established. The thread is sticky'd to the top, and when you sell up, lose the FP or die, it loses sticky.

Crew Leaders would have to establish who owns a FP in their district or city by watching the BD and see who posts in the thread if they want to challenge them operating in their city. 

There might also be something in there to make profits linked up to the activity of the thread, or there are a number of posts required to maintain possession of the FP, but I've not thought much about that.
