The Captain then say's "We are gathered here today not only as individuals but as a whole.A WHOLE NATION! May I ask are you tired of all of the violence? The fighting,arguments,and killings must stop. The purpose of this speech is mostly in regards to that devastating war that just took place in our community. Are we here to solve our problems in war,or are we here to earn respect but in a civilized way? How are we showing examples to our new and upcoming thug's and gangster's?How are they to be taught when our community is constantly at a downfall..."WHERE ARE THE LEADERS?!"

[Captain Bligh then wipes his face off with a damp towel]

He then say's "Excuse me,back to the point...this foolishness has to END. Im not given this speech to start up anymore foolishness(WAR) but im given this speech to bring everybody(ALL) together as ONE. I  stand up for brother and sisterhood,we all should!!! But it seems like some people are starting to stand up for coward and bastardhood.Haha...hate to say it that way,but thats how it seems. One thing ill say is, I beleive that we can pull this off but if the majority don't participate...WE WILL NOT GET ANYWHERE and everybody will continue to die. My great grandfather,grandfather,and father have lost their lives because of bullshit altercations(WARS) but I refuse to die!"

[A tear fall's down Captain Bligh's eye.]

Captain then say's " I leave the community and residents of New Orleans,Philly,St.Louis,Chicago,New York,Los Angelas,and Las Vegas thinking...Can you ALL make this mafioso world a better place? Mainly cutting the violence and war's and adding more fun and excitement.. I can't change it by myself, I need other leader's by my side."

[Captain Bligh looks at everyone with a big smile]

The Captain's last statement was "Let's Make A Change! Who's with me?!?!"

So does this mean the residents in hiding in Detroit don't get a say in this?

Seem's that your willing to listen to the ones in New Orleans, but who shall speak for Detroit? Or is that to be the playground you want so everyone can hold hands and play on the swings?

The Captain approches Dante and say's "My apologies sir,I did look over Detroit.Detroit was suppose to go on that list also.This speech was in regards to All cities."

War is a vital part of our world. Without war we would just be a whole load of dons making money day in day out. You are in the minority here I am afraid.

War is also a vital tool when arguments cannot be settled any other way. If you don't like violence, this probably isn't the place for you. People's opinions will never always be the same, hence arguments will happen.

How exactly is war 'foolishness'? Yeah people die, but let's face it it ensures that there is a constant cycle of life rather than a whole bunch of old men sitting around playing with giant stacks of cash.

If I'm being perfectly honest with you, I think the most fun and excitement I have heard people speak of is when they are at war.

You may have realized sir, that wars are a part of this community. When words don't fix a problem, we refer to our strength of arms. It's been that way for many, many years, and I'm not sure that change is possible by now.

Plus, what fun would it be if there was never any blood spilled to honor what we believe is right?

He then say's "In all do respect, I respect all of yall OPINIONS. But my vision is to stop the non-sense type violence. Yeah...wars might happen here and there but most of the time we can prevent them from occuring.Let me ask...what do people war about besides respect? You can earn respect by showing that your hardworking,dedicated,and MATURE. But thats also my opinion, I just thought I should mention what was on MY mind."

You want people to be civilised? Go be a civilian. You don't want to be involved in war and violence? Get out of the fucking mafia. We live a life of power, respect and crime, crime is violent, respect is earned in many ways, a gun being one of them and power, the ultimate goal in my eyes, is earned by enforcing your will on others.

The example set by those involved in the war was a fucking great example that we all should follow. Stand up for what you believe in and if you believe you have the power to change things you think are wrong, then change them, even if it means killing. I was not involved in the war nor do I hold any particular feelings towards the reasoning behind it, in point of fact I don't know the whole story but what I do know is that someone didn't like something and they did something about it, hence why I have a lot of respect for both the victors and the deceased.

You want to cut the violence and wars? Then fuck off, this is a violent place and wars will happen, if you don't have the stomach for it, leave.

To answer your final question, though I think I made my feelings clear, I'm not with you.

I am pretty sure we have lived through over the past year or so the longest times of peace this world has ever seen, if that is not some serious change then i don't kn ow what is. Although, However great that all may be wars are inevitable, wars are hell, but sometimes wars are necessary. When someone steps up to threaten your way of life you fight. There will never be a time where everyone agrees, when everyone completely gets along forever... How damn boring would that be? How would we as organized criminals ever stand above the guy next to us? You act as if we are all equals and that is your greatest fault. There will always be someone higher up the food chain until your the man at the top. There is no level playing field, that isn't the business we all got into. We do this to be better then the other guy, to be stronger then the other guy, to tell the man one rung down what to do and how to do it.

Life is all about coming out on top. And some times when you can't clear the obstacle, you gotta eliminate the obstacle.

You are missing a critical point here. In every single aspect of organic life, there is death. If you study the death aspect of life enough it becomes abundantly clear that death is a critical aspect in the great cycle. Death of one generation of people, of animals, hell even of cells, makes way for the next. Each generation benefiting from the development, experience and mistakes of the one before.

Without the repetition of this cycle, for all the generations who have lived and fallen in history, we would not have the society and communication we have today. Death can not be ignored. With each death comes room for a new life to fill its place. The new life brings new ideas, enthusiasm and drive. Without this periodic refreshment our entire civilization would stagnate and become largely pointless.

If everyone stayed as they were, why would we live? Why would we struggle to work hard and rise up if we knew those at the top would never make way for the driven dreamers among us? We wouldn't. Its that simple.

If you can not see the vital part that death plays in our lives and especially in the society we consider our peers, then my seaworthy friend, you most certainly got on the wrong boat when you came here.

While some people would prefer to live in a place of rainbows and cupcakes, this is the mafia. The mafia is about crime and violence, and people who don't get along. Yes, its nice that we can sometimes work together and make the community a better place. But peace never lasts long.

Many of the important points were already made, but war is always going to happen. Whether its due to a power struggle, lack of respect, or just to bring chaos and upset the balance, it will never end. Wars bring death and devastation, but it also brings new life and changes to our world. This would be a dull place if everyone kept to themselves and nothing ever happened.

Why would we want to prevent them from happening? Sure they are bad, but only really for the losers. While those who are victors can then reap the spoils of war and spread their influence throughout the eight cities.

Also as has been said before, we are business people, but the business we deal with sometimes needs to get a little bloody for things to get done.

While it's admirable that you will stand your ground, I feel that the term banging your head against a brick wall to be appropriate here.

What you want and what you get can and in this case will be two very different things. I would suggest that if you wish to get on in our life then go about your business do what is necessary for your boss.
