Smoking a cigar in his office, staring out at the neon lit skyline of the Sin City, balian ponders. He knew he was fast to rise up the ranks, even he didn't expect the rise to being a boss would come so early. "Giovanni, old pal, I surely would not be here without your advice and guidance. It breaks my heart to think that you not here with us, but you will never be forgotten and I will do my best to see your dreams fulfilled. May God Rest your Soul."

At the far end of the road he sees his boss Cryptic's car approaching. He walks down steps out of his Headquarters to see that the crowd has already gathered. With his boss's permission he steps onto the little podium.

"Good Evening my fellow mafiosi. The recent catastrophic chain of events have left us with lot of losses to mourn for. War has always brought with it destruction beyond that describable by words, every experience leaves us in a state of dismay and a lot of losses. Let us have a silent prayer for the martyr's of the war."

Pauses for a minute of silence to pay respect to those who were taken from us by the war.

"With destruction and dismay comes change and an opportunity to begin fresh and grow branching out in all directions possible increasing our strength with numbers and experience. With Cryptic's support I would like to announce the inception of "The Crusaders", the Knights of Vegas. I would like to thank my boss Cryptic and Godmother Lucretia_Borgia cause without their support this would not have been possible. I would also like to thank Giovanni Bontade, without his leadership I would not be in the position I am in.

Finally I would like to thank all of you for your patience and time, together lets take Vegas to new heights."
