As of this moment I am lending my protection to any of the surviving members of Detroit.  They are free to find new homes within Chicago and Los Angeles unless they are deemed enemy combatants.  If they have not assisted the rogues they are innocent and free to find new places within the community.  They have 7 days from the moment this speech was made.

If any are found shooting at my people they will be dealt with accordingly.

Can we presume that this protection applies only to tagged mobsters who are ranked Wiseguy and below?

Just when I thought I should change my thoughts about you....

In a recent case where we could investigate before the police arrived at the scene, we noticed someone got killed who was obviously tagged as a Detroit crime-family member. This person however had been inactive in the world of organised crime for a long time. It is decided that we no longer investigate similar cases.


This means the order is updated once more.
Surviving members who have been inactive for 7 days or more and tagged to be a part of one of the following families, are no longer protected:

• The Cure
• The Corporation
• The Forsaken
• The Distillery
• The Intensive Care Unit
• Medical Marijuana Unit
• The Iron Mask
• The Nebuchadnezzar
• The Fearless Absurd Mafia

Also, we have learned of an incident where a former aged citizen of Detroit decided to kill one of our members. After the funeral of our member we have decided that leaving Made men and women alive is too big a risk. A risk to which we do not want to expose our current members. Because of this any Made Men, or those of higher ranking, belonging to one of the aforementioned removed Detroit families are no longer protected by this order.
