To clean up the locals a bit we have made it so users will only see users in their locals list.

oh yea, heh, forgot, on the flip side of that admins can only see admins in the locals lists. This is so we can see each other, and have no way to use that as in advantage on any player accounts we have.

Aye, Louie_TheShark. Not saying any of the admins were or would cheat that way, but now that's a null argument. It's impossible to cheat that way.

Phelix/Anubis, if I see 140 people in a city out of 150, is there a chance that among those 10 I can't see there are Admins included, or are they removed from the count?

I was about to ask the same question CrazyNine but seems like you beat me to it, Thank you, and I like that change much as it would prevent people from claiming that Admins would cheat with the locals.

Those would be users. Admins aren't figured into the count.
