Dear Bill, I cant help but remember the days when we were together my dear brother. Do you still remember the things you always told me whenever I was in deep shit? You always said..."All problems have solutions. As long as we're together, drinking till we drop, everything will be fine" Do you remember when I got expelled from school? The principal said I was stupid and dumb and that I didn't belong in a classroom. After that, Ma and Pa threw me out of the house. I was crying and you told me, like you always do whenever I was down...."Everything will be fine brother, as long as we stay together, drinking together till we drop,.... everything will be fine." I always looked up to you. You were always strong, and you surpassed all your problems, as long as you had a bottle in your hand, everything turns good for you. Do you remember the day your dog Lucky died? That night, you called me.... and you were crying.... Man, how I wish I could go back to that night. After that, you were gone for a long time. I was surprised, shocked when I heard the news... I always thought you had the strength to carry your problems. I was surprised when I heard it brother, I was shocked when I heard that you took your own life..... Wherever you are right now, I hope you're doing well, and I hope you can still find the bottle that you love the most. Wherever you are right now my dear brother, I wont forget you, and the things you taught me. Its just a shame that you forgot the things you told me, when you were still alive. Your words helped me when I was down, I'm sorry it didn't work for you. -Valium- He looked at Bill's dead body, wondering what went wrong. He placed the letter inside Bill's front pocket. He whispered a short prayer, then leaves the room. |
