Since moving to Los Angeles, Stefania had spent a lot of time exploring different parts of the city. She’d found the slums, the best places to move drugs, the ritzy areas that were good for pickpocketing and truck heists. But most of her time was spent on the docks. That’s where she was now actually, sitting at the edge of docks on a large cargo box watching the sunrise. Stefania had realized that there was a good amount of untapped potential to be found here among the boats that came in each day, bringing people and supplies. The amount of merchandise that moved in and out of the port each day was easily worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. After scouting the area for a few weeks she’d realized that there was little to no mafia presence and she’d decided it was the perfect place to start a little business of her own.

So she’d started off by bribing some key members of the The Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners. This was to ensure that all the right people would turn the other way when the ship captains started to complain, which she was sure they would once her plan fell into place. It had been a bit of a process, as the work had to be balanced with the work she was doing as Bobby’s left hand, but she knew in the long run the idea would bring in enough money that it would be a benefit to the family. Speaking of which…glancing at the time, Stefania frowned, scanning to find her most trusted bodyguard. Her eyes fell on the man as he walked towards her; he was the big bulky kind of man that you didn’t want to meet in a dark alley. He’d been with her for so long at this point he felt like a big brother more than a bodyguard. “The car is waiting Miss Stefania; we’ve got to go now if we’re going to make it on time.”

“Right on time as always Sal. Let’s go.” Stefania hopped down from the cargo box she’d been sitting on, following the man to the waiting car. Bobby had asked her to meet with him that morning and Stefania would never be late for a meeting with the boss. When she got to the Savages headquarters, she made her way back to Bobby’s office, knocking before popping her head in. “You wanted to see me?”

“Yes Stefania please sit.” Bobby pulls out two glasses from beneath the cabinet. “LA is finally on its way don’t you think?” Stefania nodded her head, agreeing. “Yes as do I. Well, my father once told me when I was a young boy in this life you will either build or destroy. Told me that with great power comes great responsibility. As you know I have been given the responsibility of leading Pasadena, and this is no task for one man. During our short time of knowing each other you’ve done nothing but proven to be a loyal member, dedicated to rebuilding our fine city.” Bobby pours some whiskey in the glasses and hands one to Stefania. “With that being said, I want you to set up shop here in Pasadena as my captain. Your potential is exactly what this city need. If you need anything you let me know directly.” Bobby hands her an envelope.

Stefania’s jaw dropped slightly as she let out a small “oh” but in only a moment she broke into a smile as what he said sunk in. She was holding a glass of whiskey in one hand and the envelope he handed her in the other. “This means so much to me Bobby. You’ve given me such an amazing opportunity to grow your family and I’m so grateful to be given the chance to set up beside you in Pasadena.” She raised her glass towards him, just enough for it to be clear she was making a toast. “It’s the perfect opportunity for my umm….business...to take off. So here’s to our future and to our new company, Neptune Maritime Security.”

Ifi_Degatoth arrives at his new HQ under the leadership of Stefania and quickly locates her office. Having found it he knocks on the door and then pokes his head inside.

Hi Boss, congratulations on your promotion. Bobby sent me down here to your crew, I am happy to join you here in Pasadena and continue helping make LA great.

Stefania I am so genuinely happy to see you get a chance to lead and hope that this run will be longer than your mothers who met her demise well before her time. Your someone that is very loyal and I expect only good things from in the future building LA good luck. BobbyZ I've been in your crew briefly but you have shown to be a fine leader and more important an approachable one who is there for the people that follow and have faith in him which are arguably some of the most important qualities in a leader. You taking Godfather in Pasadena gives you the task of being an integral part in the building of LA and I think you are more than up for the task I wish you nothing but the best and look forward to helping anyway I can.
