"Oh the local people, the don was on about that recently, he wanted to know who was on his turf." He looked thoughtful.

"I think I have a good idea of which people it is but we need to make sure." Heading towards the north of the city once again in a comfortable silence, with the pitter patter of rain accompanying their journey. He decided to find out a bit more about his new companion.

"So Aya, what made you come to Chicago? Not that it was a bad decision." He chuckled. "Since I have met you."

"You seem like you are a person who loves to write stuff down." He said indicating her note pad. "Any reason you like to carry it around?"

He turned more to her to focus his attention on her responses.

He was stunned for a second. " Did you say that they used you like their own personal prostitute?.. Sigh Sometimes some people really want a bullet right between their teeth.." Looking at Aya once again, he couldn't believe some of the stuff he had heard come out of her mouth.

But the way she said it so nonchalantly made him more worried than anything. If she could say something like that so easily, what else did the poor girl have to go through?

"I'm sorry you had to go through that, I wish I could change it. But alas I cannot." He said as he put his arm around her and gave her a reassuring squeeze.

"I understand wanting a new change of scenery, its what many of us do after a period of time in one city or the next. I'm just glad you chose Chicago." Wanting to change the somber mood and topic Ghost decided to tease her a little.

"So... You fully trust me do you?" Smiling he continued.

"The last person who did fully trust me managed to get jokes played on them for a month straight." He chuckled.

"They never did suspect me." Pointing at himself with a stupid grin on his face he announced.

"I'm Mr. Innocent apparently!" Smirking now he said. "So now that means a lot of fun planned in the future.." Rubbing his hands together in a typical evil movie character way he spoke.

"Well fun for me anyway." He laughed evilly.

Evil laughter could be heard all the way to North Side Chicago..

"I'm glad you find me trust worthy not many people do." He smiled. " In this life one can never be too careful."

Hearing her giggle was something he was coming to love and he wanted to make her laugh more just to hear it again. But when she gave him a smile, with a twinkle of those beautiful hazel green eyes. He knew his heart was as good as gone..

"You have the right look on life, knowing how to take things and when to get back up are amazing quality's of a person, I just wish I did it more. " Sigh "But we can't all be perfect like you now can we?" He smiled giving her back that eyes full of twinkle look that melted his own heart.

Seeing the rain continue to fall he just couldn't stop himself from mentioning it. And adding his own sense of humor to the mix.

"I always loved the rain, it seems to calm me. No matter the situation. But one can never not love the sun, where else can I get a free tan?" He joked.

The clouds had since parted and small rays of sunshine were starting to peek through, with the light splinter of rain accompanying it, it truly was a beautiful sight. The only thing missing from making it perfect, was a rainbow. But if the weather continued like it was, it would likely soon happen.

Looking up too much was also a very stupid idea, when walking down a continuously thinning street. A street sign was always ready to welcome its unfortunate victim within its grasp. A resounding *THUD* was heard in the street. Nearby bystanders all turned to look at the now horizontal man clutching his head. 

"Owww.. " He moaned holding his head. " Stupid street signs.. they always look so inviting.." He grumbled. Slowly picking himself up he saw many bystanders eyeing him and having their own chuckle at his expense.  

Feeling already stupid enough for colliding with a stationary sign, he decided to complete the look by bowing to the bystanders, to show that their amusement at his failings was always appreciated. " Same time next week folks!" He announced. 

Now the crowd had started to get back to their own lifes, he turned towards her to see her looking at him with a look of complete amusement within those green eyes.. And suddenly he didn't care one bit.

After being helped up by Aya, he started to feel better. This was helped even more when they started walking. As now he didn't feel alone anymore, it was like he found somebody who was just as hurt as he was, and they understood that neither of them are completely good anymore. But this didn't matter to Ghost, as he knew he had found somebody who could help him heal. But one thing that would take time to heal was his pride, which was severely wounded after an encounter with Godfather Street Sign..

"That's not the first time that's happened you know? Actually me and GF street sign back there are war-ing." Seeing her look of confusion he explained.

"That sign and me go way back, to when I first came to the city. That sign had it out for me as soon as I stepped on to its turf. But don't worry I'll get it back someday!" He announced like it was a declaration to the streets themselves. 

While he said that declaration he had been able to keep a completely straight face, but after seeing Aya look at him like he needed to visit the loony bin, he cracked up laughing. "I'm kidding Aya! I can just be really clumsy sometimes."  

Seeing her enjoy his, in his own opinion, crappy jokes was something that made him smile even more.

Giving her hand a small squeeze while making their way to North Side Chicago. He felt like he finally found someone who he could call his other half...

Going from seeing her smile and laugh to being almost frightened worried him immediately. Listening to her worry's about somebody potentially following them or even multiple people following them, he agreed wholeheartedly about catching a ride.

The kiss however stopped him in his tracks for a second, as he completely didn't expect it. Wow.. he thought. I am totally bringing that up with her later. Seems she doesn't know what to think seeing as she is as red as a tomato. Focusing again he saw the taxi pull up and got his head back to where it needed to be.

Jumping into the back of the cab as quickly as possible, he made a snap decision on what to do. 

"Where to?" The cabbie asked.

"South Side Fantasmi Garage." Ghost replied. "Extra $10 in it if step on it." He added as a afterthought.

Now both in the back he explained his decision in a soft voice as not to let the cab driver overhear.

"Aya your probably wondering why we are heading in the opposite direction I assume?" He questioned quietly. Seeing her agree he explained.

"I chose South Side for two reasons, one it throws off the potential thugs following us and they likely expected us to continue going North Side. And two, there is a little special something I want to show you at our destination. Something that will also help us out." Calming down he settled into his seat and kept an eye out for any following cars. There was none from what he could see.

Looking at Aya he saw she was still a little flustered from either the kiss or from the likelihood of potentially being chased. But he liked to think it was a mix of both. 

"Aya.." He smiled. "Want to explain what that was about? And how it can happen again?" He winked.

Hearing Aya admit she wanted to kiss him this entire time got his heart racing, and he felt he had to say something.

Leaning towards Aya as she looked out the window, stopping when he was just inches from her neck he breathed out slowly and watched her shiver.. Whispering in her ear he wanted to make it clear how he felt.

"Aya, I want to kiss you and I never want to stop.. I have since I saw you because you are truly beautiful to me.." Before he could continue the cab driver said "We are here sir."

"Damn!" He thought "Stupid cab driver.."

Paying the cab driver he got out and helped Aya to get out the cab.

"We can continue later if you'd like." He winked.

" Well we are here, my own personal garage, well its a 'public' garage that is owned by me."

"My favorite car is in here" He smiled.

Lifting the garage door it revealed a Blackhawk shining in its black and red paint. With white wheels it looked beautiful in contrast, red leather seats with Ghost sewn into the drivers seat, it was truly one of a kind. 

"Ta da!" Ghost opened his arms wide and smiled a huge grin.

"So what do you think?"

"Well thank you." He smiled. "I have an idea but its up to you.." He holds up the keys.

"So wanna take it for a spin?" While waiting for her answer his own stomach rumbled and he then realized the time.

Glad that both of them took their food with them he took out his sandwich and said "Lets quickly have these then you have go wild on the streets." Smiling he said " Well unless your chicken?" He raised and wiggled his eyebrows.

Now thinking back to the cab and what was about to happen before he got interrupted, he thought.

He was planning to kiss her when they took the car for a spin regardless of the driver. He just hoped for the right moment..

Having their food was enjoyable as it gave them a needed break to just relax and enjoy each others company.

Having a comfortable silence, he decided to ask if she had any experience with 'bad men' like him.

"You know I've heard women are into bad boys.. So that makes me pretty lucky then huh? He chuckled and exaggeratedly winked at her.

He wasn't sure where this confidence was coming from, as he never was normal like this. With women, hell with anyone. He was always alot more serious. But he was glad he had a chance to loosen up. Especially around Aya, so it was even better timing. He smiled inwardly.

After having the sandwiches which were delicious, Ghost decided it was time to see who was really chicken.

" Sooo still ready to be a chicken?" He asked while dangling the keys to the car in front of her cute face.

She looked at the keys and then here eager look in her eyes, he wondered if he was going to regret this somehow.

Seeing her open the door for him was just to cute, as he had to says something.

" Oh thank you! Your such a gentleman!" He teased. " So this is what being treated like a lady feels like.. Got to admit I could used to it." He laughed.

Seeing her enjoyment at the car starting up and its gentle purr when it kicked into life made him smile, as sometimes the simplest of things can brighten up someones day. Seeing the look on her face, it certainly seemed to.

Stopping at a turn she turned on the blinkers and looked towards him. Seeing that as permission to help her out he instructed her on where to go.

After some instruction on how to get back to North Side he instructed her more precisely now.

" So you want to take a left here.. Yeah onto North Angel boulevard and then take a right at the end of the road to get to where we need to go." Seeing her concentrate on the road gave him a moment to think.

" Seeing as you need some help with directions, I'm guessing you haven't had a decent chance to look around the city yet?" He asked.

"I don't know honestly was just thinking if you wanna do something after we complete the job? Like drive round the city.." He paused as the engine revved especially loud. "Seeing as you like to drive my car like your a racer" He laughed.

Seeing her weave in and out of traffic was a amazing sight.. It was also scary, as the car my be his baby, but even he had to admit it was kinda stiff on the cornering, and the way she was driving it was making him smile. In that way you do before you think your gonna crash into a wall..

" Aya.. Aya.. AYA!." He called for a third time over the engine and he squeals of enjoyment. Which he thought she didn't realize she was making.

" The place we need to go is up ahead!" Down the road was a small hangout where 'certain' people liked to gather, it was hard to notice if you were going at crashing into a wall speed. So he said to Aya to slow down a little. Her pout almost made him apologize and let carry on driving, almost.

"There it is" He said. "You want to get this one or shall I?"
