Making her way through the streets of Detroit, Arizona noticed something a bit off about this city. There was just about no where to grab a drink out in public. No speakeasy's, just nothing. Unless there was something that she just didn't know of but with the way things were going now she would have surely been told otherwise. This was a bit puzzling to her, what is a great city without a spot wet one's whistle. That's when it came to her. She was to be that person to open up shop, one to open up that location to bring gangsters together. First thing was first though, where to even start. She knew she didn't have the funds to properly get an operation like this underway. Yes she was making some good money compared to others but just wasn't there yet. She pondered for a quick moment on how to get this accomplished. Just then it hit her, what if she asked her Godfather Pine for a little bit of help. Normally someone like her would never even think about reaching out to a Godfather but she knew he saw something in her. It's not often someone not even made into this world was given the chance to stay within the Godfathers walls. Casually she made her way back to the HQ, walking through the doors she spotted LittleAva sitting on the stairwell polishing up her gun. Arizona nodded and smiled, she was still getting to know some of her crew mates and was still trying to be more open then she usually was. This wasn't one of those times though, she had an agenda. Continuing down the hallway she came to Pine's door, it was wide open but she could hear people speaking and laughing. Peaking her head in she noticed Pine and his hands Liftoff and King-Pitt chatting away, she didn't want to interrupt them but just as she started to walk away she overheard her name. "Arizona... Come here dear." She stuck her head back through the doorway. "It's not important I can come back later if you like." Pine just sat there and smiled at her. "Nah come on in, we are just bullshitting. Nothing special. What can I do for you?" Arizona made her way to Pine's desk, making sure to say hello to Liftoff and King_Pitt as she passed them both. She stood there silent for a moment before finally speaking up. "Ok, so.... I want to open up a place for people to get together, a place to drink. I know it will be successful and I know it will make a ton of money. Just, uhm... well. I don't have the bank roll to get something like this underway. She paused for a moment. I was kind of wondering if you would be able to help me out, I promise to pay you back and I will make sure you get a weekly percentage. Think about it, there is no way this thing will fail... not one way at all." She stopped speaking, the room went silent. Pine, Liftoff and King-Pitt were all looking at Arizona. It stayed like that for a couple moments until Pine reached into the bottom drawer of his desk. He pulled out a large stack of cash and placed it on his desk. "I think you are on to something here, and I like it. Take this, go get it started but I will be watching you." A huge smile went across her face, she couldn't thank him enough. She grabbed the stack off his desk and crammed it in her bag. "I won't let you down." |

With money in hand it was now time to find the location, she knew exactly what she was looking for it was just a matter of finding it. She was able to get a hold of a realtor, they met practically right away. There was no time to waste, this was a project she wanted to get set up as soon as possible. The realtor showed her a couple of shops, all nice in their own right but not quite what she was looking for. Just when she thought she was never going to find the spot she was looking for was when she found it. Was the last spot on the list, an old key cutting shop. The store front in itself was fairly small no bigger then 10x10. Everything was still in the shop almost as if the previous owner just up and vanished. Which was quite possible in this city. The real reason it could her eye was all the space that was not seen. She opened the door going into the back room, it was basically a small warehouse. There were so many possibilities, countless ideas went through her head. This was the one. Immediately she made the realtor draw up the papers, a couple hours later with a couple signatures and an exchange of some funds the place was hers. She had in her head exactly what was needed to be done, was just a matter of sketching it out and getting someone to fix it up. Before she lost her thought she rummaged through a box to find a piece of paper, pulling out a metal sign of a couple of cherries she placed it down and chuckled to herself. Such a random item she thought, but random was how she liked things. She figured that sign was in fact a sign, it had to be the name of the place. That was settled now onto the next bit, she then pulled out an old invoice, flipped it over and on the back drew out the layout. The moment you entered through the door you were greeted through a tiny hallway by a couple burly guards. Once you pass them your eyes light up. The bar is off to your right, it extends the entire length of the space. It is lined high top chairs and foot rails on the bottom. There are a couple tables randomly spread out through out the space. In the back of the space there's a pool table, a dart board and a small corner stage. For those times when they have performers. The bar itself will be stocked with every kind of liquor possibly known in the land. Whiskey and beer will of course be the prime choices. With drawing in hand she now had a plan. After a couple of phone calls and contractors the place was exactly to her liking. Now it was just time to tell the mobsters of the world and hoped for the best. Cherries is now open. |

After Arizona paid me a visit, looking for some start up funds, I was more than glad to give her a small fortune of she really thought this place was something she thought she could form into a prosperous one. She called me one day awhile after taking my money and running off all excited, to tell me that her new bar called Cherries, was now open for business. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to pay it a visit and see em what my money helped this young lady make. Arriving in the front doors on opening day, my eyes gazed upon the fabulous sight, that my young associate had built from her vision. It was like it came out of a book, it was that good. I looked around in the massive crowd, trying to spot Arizona, but I could not see her behind the bar, working away, helping fill the drink orders of all these thirsty young men and women. I approached the bar, somehow a seat opening up when I got to it, taking the seat and figuring I'd wait it out until she showed her face in this crowd. That's when I noticed her, running around frantic. I waited my turn to order from her and her eyes lite up hen she noticed it was me. "Congratulations my dear, this place amazing, I can't believe what you did in the short amount of time you've been around. You were right, this is the type of place, that could make us millions! Now, why don't you have yourself a seat next to me and we can have ourselves a celebratory drink!" Pine motioned for one of his bodyguards to take over for her behind the bar. He got myself a single malt scotch and he waited for her to tell him what she wanted, telling her he would make whatever she desired. |

After seeing Arizona go into Pines office, LittleAva followed her and stood quietly outside the door. She listened as Arizona told Godfather Pine about wanting to open a new place here in Detroit. She nearly gasped when he pulled out that wad of money and handed it over. LittleAva slipped off before anyone saw her. When Cherries opened, she decided to pay it a visit. Walking down the street with a confidence she didn't really feel, she sees the sign and then goes inside. The place is very busy, all kinds of local gangsters filling up the bar. She looks around in wonder. LittleAva gets plenty of looks herself. She smiles to herself. People always look at her, thinking she is just a cute little girl, but they under estimate her in a very big way. Besides that, she only has eyes for one. She makes her way to an empty barstool, and sets her bag on the ledge. "Excuse me please, but I would like a gin and tonic.* Ava flashes the bartender her sweetest smile, as he hands her the drink. She sits quietly, taking in her surroundings, and looking for someone she might know. |

It had been a while since Tyki was in Detroit but he decided to have a look around since he was here for the day. Noticing Cherries had just opened up, he decided to check it out. Upon entering, he immediately saw his old friend Ava sitting down having a quiet drink by herself. "Ava! Fancy seeing you here, how is life treating you? Are you enjoying the wonderful Detroit weather?" He looked over to the barman and decided to order himself a whiskey on the rocks. "I'm only here for a short time before I need to head back to LA. Chris has got us working non-stop right now. He keeps going on about laying the smackdown on us if we mess up the HQ too much, whatever that even means!" Tyki picked up his cold whiskey and began to swirl the ice around in the glass, staring at it as it made that lovely swooshing sound he enjoyed so much. |

The bar wasn't even open for a couple days now and the place was bumping. She knew this place was a good idea but she didn't realize how well it would do as fast as it did. Supply and demand she always told herself and was it oh so true. Initially she thought about just running the place by herself but knew it would be a total undertaking, luckily there was no shortage of people looking for work. Even though she had some employees she still liked to get her hands dirty, she liked being behind the bar and she was good at slinging liquor bottles. She was actually in the process of pouring some whiskey on the rocks when she noticed someone awfully familiar to her looking at her across the bar. It was Pine, her Godfather and the person who helped her get this up and running. She wasn't completely sure why but she was stunned to see him there in front of her just sitting at the bar. She finished pouring the glass of whiskey and slide it down the bar to the guy who ordered it. The place was a bit loud but she was able to understand what Pine was saying to her. She leaned in to respond. "If you don't mind just give me a minute I have a couple people to tend to then I promise I will be right back." She figured he would understand, people is money and part of that money would go straight into his pocket. Something that is definitely not frowned upon. There was a small group at the end of the bar, a couple of guys basically surrounding LittleAva. She was quite easy on the eye, which seemed to always draw a crowd towards her. Looks can be deceiving though, she was one not to mess with and would quickly put people in their places. This is something that Arizona had witnessed already, probably why she was quite fond of her. She walked down there had a quick conversation with her before mixing her a perfect gin and tonic. "If any of these guys become an issue for you just let me know, I have a couple guys by the door that would be glad to remove some people." She shot Ava a wink "Oh by the way you are family, your money isn't good here." Looking to Ava's left stood a man Arizona hadn't seen before. Though it was someone that looked familiar to her for some reason. She was about to introduce herself but remembered she left her Godfather waiting. She scurried down the bar and around it, pushing her way to where Pine was sitting, there was already a chair waiting for her. "So sorry about that, it's so busy here hard to keep up at times." One of Pine's top guards had already made his way on the other side of the bar and awaited her order. "Just get me a whiskey on the rocks, oh make sure it is the bottle that is in the cabinet below you and pour one for this guy as well." She made a head gesture towards Pine. |

LittleAva looks up at @Tyki and smiles. It's so nice to see you! I love the weather here, because I love it hot. She takes a sip of her drink, as Arizona passes by and speaks to her for a moment. Ava likes Arizona, they have become friends since they are both in the Godfather's HQ now. Ava doesn't always get along that well with women, but this seems to be one of the exceptions. Don't worry, I am pretty adept at taking care of myself. Ava smiles sweetly, and pats her thigh menacingly. Tyki, tell me what's been going on since I saw you last, we have a lot of catching up to do! Ava looks back at Godfather Pine, trying to catch his eye. She doesn't think he saw her when he came in, but she isn't sure. |

Hiding in an dark ally Sasha pounced taking one of the Durden crew by surprise it was over quick the man lay in a pool of blood. Sasha hissed these fucking Durdens where relentless though on the upside it was one of the only times every crime family came together and worked as a unit. Sasha was tired she had been dodging Tylers henchmen all day ever since Sasha and her associates had managed to procure some of Tylers goods he wanted them back and his henchmen where going to get them or die trying. Sasha was aiming for the latter her associates and the cargo had taken a flight back to Chicago while Sasha left false trails here in Detroit. She found herself wishing she had taken MoeLester up on his offer to stay with her but Sasha wanted her associates safe checking out her surroundings it dawned on her that she was close to where Arizona had set up her speakeasy Cherry's. Sasha chuckled to herself as she remembered reading GodMother Visas's diary and how she was going to set up a club called Cherry Poppers here in Detroit. Sasha liked Arizona she was a no nonsense woman and as tuff as they come her speakeasy would not only be protected by the local law enforcement but would come under GodFather Pine's protection as well. Sasha knew she could lay low here for awhile intill she could catch a flight back to Chicago anyway. Entering Cherry's Sasha made her way to the bar smiling at Arizona Sasha ordered a whiskey which she gulped in one go. I think i will have another thank you, Got a bunch of those Durden scum on my tail i hope this place is as protected as i think it is. Otherwise we may find ourselves in a fire fight. |

Tommy was tired, he hadn't been too nice to his body of the years, and he wasn't used to doing so much labor. But hey, it was good for him, as his dad used to always say, a bit of hard work builds character. Like his dad, he too figured he earned himself a stiff drink. Detroit was treating him well so far, he had met a lot of good people and he was making headway. America truly was the land of opportunity. He straightened his tie and walked into a nice looking bar, Cherries. The atmosphere was exactly what he was looking for, making his way to the bar he took a seat and ordered a whiskey on the rocks. |

TurkeyBear has just concluded a 'business meeting' in the alley and was walking down the street with a bag full of cash. It was a normal day for him. Whilst walking down wondering on his next destination, he came across a beaming sign, emblazoning the word "Cherries" on it. Not having much to do for the rest of the day, TB thought it would be okay to take the rest of the day off from 'work' and just wind down in a bar. Opening the door gently, he was greeted with beautiful design all around. He had to take a moment to take in the sight and could barely believe that this was a bar. He approached the bartender and ordered his drink, warm milk. Taking a sip off the milk, TB then started to look around, hoping to see any recognizable face around. |

It had been a while since he paid Arizona a visit in Cherries. He was keen to enjoy a strong whiskey and no place did it like what Arizona had set up here in Detroit. As he entered, he slowly tipped his hat forward, removing it from the back and running his fingers through his hair to reset it. As he reached the bar, he pulled up a stool and sat down, raising his hand to get the attention of the bartender before ordering. "Good day, one whiskey on the rocks please" Looking around, he noticed quite a few important mafia members sitting and enjoying their drinks. He nodded in respect, turning his attention back to the bartender and slowly starting to sip his chilled drink. "Ah, perfect" |

Young Vongolla was making his way back home after a long day of drug dealing and paying off some officers who were willing to work together with him for a cut of the action. As he was casually walking back, smoking his cigar, he noticed a particular shop, Cherries, which was standing out from the average shops in the streets of detroit. He stopped and took a peek inside. To his surprise, there were many faces whom he could recognize! They were definitely big shots in the Detroit underworld. There's no way he would pass up on an opportunity to check out a place liked by such bigshots. He stubbed his cigar and quickly disposed of it before entering the shop and making his way to the bar. "A glass of whiskey for me please," he said to Arizona, smiling as he did so. "Here you go, one glass of whiskey! Hmm, you're a new face around here" Arizona commented as she placed a glass of whiskey in front of Vongolla, tilting her head slightly to her one side, thinking if she had seen this man's face before. "Yeah you're right! I was just taken in by JoeyO recently," Vongolla said in between sips from his glass of whiskey. It was definitely some fine whiskey. Not easy to get them around here. "Well that explains it. Any gangster is welcome in this place of mine! Enjoy your drink, your next one is on the house. Take it as my 'Welcome to Detroit' gift to you, uh..." "The name's Vongolla ma'am! And thank you, you're too kind" Vongolla quickly said, realizing he forgot his manners and didn't introduce his name from the start. Arizona smiled at him and went off to her next customer. Young Vongolla was glad that he decided to enter this fine place and he believes this definitely wouldn't be the last time he visits. |

"I am glad to be out of that hell hole" Heathro mutters to himself as he walks down the steps of the local holding cells, having only committed a harmless snatch and grab on a more than wealthy looking fellow he is still stumped as to where he went wrong and got caught up with the local federal offices in the first place.. There is no point dwelling on it so he decides to take a look around these streets that are slowly becoming his home. Well out exploring these now crime filled streets of Detroit he stumbles across a sign with what seems to have two cherries printed on it and decides to investigate further, not realising that what he is about to walk into is actually a bar he endeavours either way but is soon fronted by two burly looking men wearing trim black suits with absolutely no expressions on their faces'. thinking the worst he slowly starts to step back but as he does one of the men slowly turns around and flings open the large door behind them revealing what seems to be.. A BAR?! It seems as if its placed in a miniature warehouse which is completely un see-able from the outside world! being lined with high top chairs, a few tables scattered here and there but completely packed with many unfamiliar faces he decides this place now seems a lot more inviting from within even though he is still a stranger to these streets he decides that he shall indeed enter.. Heathro now slowly starts to walk forward and passes the two men that he assumes are the bouncers as one swiftly grunts at him.. " No trouble, or you're out." Heartho smiles and continues walking on though heading towards the bar with the intention now on ordering a few too many whiskeys to ease his young troubled mind.. |

With a smile he beckoned for him to join him up on the bar, after that he ordered two whiskey's, and removed two cigars, one for him and one for his potential new friend. "Hey bud, yous got a minute for a free whiskey?" |

Burnett was a businessman his line of work took him everywhere Chicago, New York, Philly. He ran up and down the country every week he was a busy man and in his line of work he always had to keep an ear to the streets for his next big opportunity. Today he was in Detroit he heard that the city had many opportunities for men like him to make big money the problem was he didn't know anyone in Detroit. He was an outsider, he wasn't born here and only stopped at the airport whenever he had to make a connecting flight on his way back home to LA and the occasional stop every now and then in Chicago. Leaving the airport he walks around town he heard of a popular bar here in Detroit that many of his friends in LA talked about rumors that it was the right place for men like him but no one could would tell him where it was. It sounded like a fairytale a myth a bar in Detroit where he could do business yeah right. Today was his lucky day stumbling around he ends up at the place and that myth became reality. He looks around the place it looks like a normal bar just like the many others he's been in and he sits down and orders a drink. "Let me get a cold one." He looks around the room again and waits patiently hoping for something exciting to happen. |

Philly Tarantino stumbled inside Cherries after a long day with running schemes in Detroit. Philly is dressed up in an elegant tailor made suit. It is evident that Philly is a man with money. Golden rings are scattered around his fingers and a thick cuban golden chain hangs around his slim neck. The rings around Philly's eyes and his pale skin tone reveals to the public that he's not living the most healthiest life. Philly made his way over to the bar disk and ordered himself a neat single malt. Over by the bar he spots Burnett getting his cold bar, Philly surreptitiously sizes Burnett up and down. His own drink slides over the disk and Philly flicks the bartender a chin-up. He approaches Burnett with his hand clutched around his glass of whiskey. Philly says with a hoarse and somewhat raspy voice which displays exhaustion; "You are new around here, eh, pal? I can't say I have seen you around these neck of woods before.". Philly Tarantino struck his hand out for Burnett and offers him a handshake. Philly's hand is cold and his handshake is firm. "It's Philly, by the way. What's your story?". Philly's trademark smirk beamed across his face as he waited for Burnett's reply. Tarantino's teeth are surprisingly clean and beamed white compared to the rest of his tired face. |

"The name's Burnett. I'm not really from around here." Drinking his beer Burnett notices a man next to him dressed up in the fanciest clothes and wearing expensive jewelry. This guy he went by Philly must be a big time player here in Detroit Burnett thought he looked pretty unhealthy but that's the nature of this business. "I heard if you wanted to make a deal here in Detroit this was the place to be is that true?" |

Sully rambled into the bar and found a seat against the wall. He'd been meaning to get in here, to see his boss's place, but he'd been fairly preoccupied with work. It seemed he always had something to do these days, and the work kept getting dirtier and dirtier. He appreciated his down time and today he was going to appreciate it here, in Cherries. He didn't bother ordering anything just yet, he wanted to just sit, decompress and people watch for a few minutes. |

Pizza-guy was taking a stroll through Detroit. Going no place in particular. It was a beautiful night. Feeling almost too calm. There had been plenty of dirty deeds to do with Tyler showing up more and more often. Pizza-guy was looking for a new bar to kick back and relax. He stumbled upon Cherries. It was a good name Pizza-guy was never big on flashy names. A bar should speak for itself. And it was ran by Arizona so it must be good. Hey how are you doing? Could I get a beer, something that I can sip on. Thanks Pizza-guy takes a seat watching the people outside walk around. Thinking about where he would go next. |

Byrd walked into the now barren bar. He hadn't been in the city for very long, but the signs of war were still there. Dust hadn't even settles on the tables yet. Byrd could tell that this place was once a bustling bar, filled with people of all walks of life. Now it appeared to be just another hole in the wall. He left out a low, soft sigh and left the building. |
