A man in a smart casual suit with a vaugely italian styling (but not too heavy in the shoulders), walks into the city centre on the day of a local election. Pushing some sort of village elder or something aside, he begins to speak from the now open mic.

Every so often, we face a chance to secure the longevity of our cities, our families and our aspirations. If such a chance is to appear, we should, as a nationwide community do everything in our power to sieze the oppurtunity, and capitalize on its benefits. For us, this chance is now.

"What chance is this?" you might ask of me, and to that I would respond that with forethought and unity, we here have the chance to end all war. Whether be it between families, cities, or even humble bloodlines, it is a chance we can not let slip away, like so many grains of cocaine down the Godfathers tie.

We can accomplish this goal, but it requires forthought and planning, and it can not be accomplished through such idiocy as "forgiveness", "mercy" or "radical marxist revolutionary inspired genocide and redivision of the crime family means of production".

What this goal requires, what our families require, is a concept known as gun control. For if we control the spread and proliferation of firearms, siezing and impounding them from Capos and thugs alike, we can control the spread of violence in wartime. Act today, and sieze all the firearms you can from your city, and build a safer world for us all. If we lack the means to fight wars, disputes must be settled in peacible and logical ways, free from the barbarity of mechanized ballistic warfare.

Madara had listened to the well thought out speech. He spent a few days giving consideration to the potential it holds. He hadn't been certain whether or not a war free future was as desirable as it had been advertised to be. Much of his monies were made from the sales of illegal unlicensed weaponry that could be discarded after use to stop any agencies or police detectives working out who the guns were used by.

After a short while he reached his conclusion.

If guns WERE to be outlawed and seized, profits from the sales of guns would go through the roof, because we could charge even more for the shoddy ex-war merchandise. I'm all in favour of this. So to any crew leaders, would be leaders and people working for a brighter cookie-er future... Please do your part and campaign to have those guns removed!

Besides, when it comes down to war time, people will pick up sticks and rocks and have at it the old fashioned way... and that's got to be more entertaining to watch than a few flashes of a muzzle. Right?

Madara instructs one of his unnamed goons to get in with some lumber merchants so they can start preparing the pointiest of sticks to sell as weapons of war in anticipation of the up coming revolution.
