You can damage your liver only when you overdose. Same with other pills, you drinks lots of it, overdose, and you hurt your liver or kidneys.

i dont abuse it but Ibeprphen is prolly my used drug ;) i prefer it to advil or tylonol at least with ibeprophen you dont get the sickly sweet or bitter flavor after you swallow :)

when I have headaches I work through it.
I am asthmatic and refuse an inhaler. I am quite stubborn and I'll try and allow my body to fight anything before I crawl to the doctors, but I am far from tough (just a fool). I occasionally drink alcohol, but despite my age and circumstances (of being a student) I never get completely hammered - not because I am sensible, but mostly because I can't afford to.

Most common problem reason too much to drink the day before... leave you with a killer headache and well end up poping pills like choclate

I totally agree. Some people think they could overcome their worst hangover by popping too much pills.

What I do is, two paracetamols(500mg ech since Im a big person, then drink lots of fluids..... preferably Ice cold orange juice. So that if my remedy back fires, Ill be puking something that tastes like orange.... instead of bile.
