Keats glanced at the unconscious man next to him. Who the hell was he? Obviously a little too well informed. Obviously not just a security. He had to get to the bottom of this. If there was a mole in the HQ, in the local force, wherever, Keats needed to shut the situation down fast. He also had to figure out what connections this guy had. Once they got back to the HQ he'd let Peralta handle the money and the paintings. He'd handle this guy.

"One question, Peralta, before we get back. Now that we can talk. You ever see this guy before? Have any idea how he wound up crossing out path?"

With Giovanni just arriving at the HQ, he stopped right in front of the HQ as he kept his eyes on the steering wheel. Peralta glanced out the windshield, then looked back at Keats as he noticed he was talking to him; afterwards the unconscious security guard next to him, he gave the unconscious man the lazy eye; what HQ was he even talking about?

"No idea. Guy said he had his friend pass by our HQ, he must've heard of us talking about it then decided to open it up to our unconscious friend because it's probably where he works, no doubt. If he knows of what we did, I don't think we would could actually let him go unless we can persuade to shut up."

Peralta said that among exiting the vehicle with Giovanni and having the cash and the paintings delivered inside of the HQ; Peralta took courtesy to have the extra cash dropped off in Dexter's personal office, hoping to not have intrude anything seeing as he wasn't here when we left, he left Dexter's office and back out to the lobby where the paintings were; he kept them there meanwhile while he had to contact his client about the job well done.

Report Post Tip

Gesturing to a bodyguard, Keats has the unconscious man dragged away toward his office. Before Peralta could walk away, Keats clapped him on the back.

"Nice work, Peralta. Keep it up. Make sure my cut gets to the boss. I'll handle our friend here."

Turning, Keats moved down the hallway toward his office.
