The purpose of dueling is settle problems in a organized fashion. The main thing it was used for is a risk free +1 kill on another player. This fixes that. |

| It's to stop a potential boost I guess. You don't need a clear wack timer to duel, you could have a few friends who keeps setting up accounts, and once a gangster, challenge you, and you kill em. | |
