Standing at the balcony of her home, glancing out over the railing as she watched the start of a sunset. The blues, purples, reds and oranges were casting a lovely glow on her room. Making a the sitting room look at it's best. It was one of the best things she loved about this room. Turning around as she heard the door open, a large smile split over on her face. !

"Sinfest, my dearest friend, I'm glad you made it. Have a seat please."

Knowing for once he was innocent, Sinfest walked in, cocking his head with a curious question. 

"What's up Boss, Lady"

Crystalize smiled as she looked up at him, slightly teary eyed, but they were tears of joy for her friend as she started to speak, waving with her hand and motioning for them both to take a seat.

"You know how much you mean to me dear, and you know how much I planned on keeping you with me. However, Corktown is full and we need another family. There's no one I trust more with that position, than you. Do you think you would be willing to be that person?"

Sinfest chuckled, shaking his head slightly as he took a seat close to Crystalize, smirking as he spoke up again.

"Crystalize, you've never been selfish a day in your life. You know how I feel about such things, but for you I would do anything. If you need another family working your district, I would be proud to help you out."

Crystalize couldn't help but shake her head, chuckling softly as she smirked.

"Kiss Ass, you know I love you, and I'm grateful for all of the help you've done for me. So, what will your family name be?"

Sinfest sighed as he thought for a bit before snapping his fingers and grinning.

"You know my Great-Great-Grandpappy ran a family with your Great-Great-GrandMama named The Hell Cooperative. Seeing as I'm named after said ancestor, I think we will bring that family back to life here and to Corktown."

Sinfest spoke with a smile while pouring himself and Crystalize a drink.

"I am fine with, it'll be a lovely memoir to our ancestors partnership. May this great partnership continue to flourish along with Detroit!"

"I'll drink to that!"

Crystalize slid the keys to his new HQ as she raised her glass in a toast to him before the two of them took a long drawl from the cup.

Here's to the Crystal Gems, Especially Crystalize for giving me a home and having faith in me to run a family. And here is to the rest of Detroit! May all of our dreams come true. The Hell Cooperative ((THC :P)) has now reopened it's doors, even though I thought I lost the key! Thank you Pine for lighting the match, and thank you DoctorBoom for bringing us all together, much love guys! I think I hear the you're being too long sound or it might be my tinnitus acting up again.... but I just wanted to show some love before "Officially" opening my doors to the public.

Crystalize smiled as she held out a plate of Pot brownies made especially for Sinfest. She still could not contain the happy tears that threatened to fall but stubbornly didn't do so. She was so proud to see him follow in the steps of his Great-Great-Grandfather. She hugged him tightly as after he finished his speech at the end.

"Know that should you need anything, I'm always here for you the way you've been there for me! There are no words to say how Proud I am to have you join as a Crew Leader under me, something I know that was unexpected but you have more than earned it my dear!"

Upon hearing the news that Sinfest is becoming a crew leader, Pizza-guy rushed down to the new HQ with as many pizzas as he could.

Seeing the large crowd surrounding the new leader, Pizza was glad he brought the extra pizzas.

Here everyone! You get a pizza and you get a pizza. Everybody gets a pizza! Lets all thanks Sinfest for paying for the pizza party!

But seriously, congratulations Sinfest! This is amazing and I cannot wait to see what you do. My father always spoke highly of you!

Congratulations to all of Corktown!

PhillyTarantino hears the great news in regards to Sinfest's bump up. Philly raises a glass for Sinfest and congratulates him,

"Congratulations, skip".

PhillyTarantino resumes to be quiet and lets his family proceed with the congratulating and cheering for Sinfest.

Senza has been busy a lot lately, and totally missed the fact Sinfest was given a new suit. After selling some drugs she heads towards Sinfest HQ. Noticing him in front of his HQ Senza walks up to him and shakes his hand.

Congratulations with your new establishment! I know you will do good!

After saying that Senza walks away to find her another good deal. 

Being late is starting to be TurkeyBear's thang. With all the stuff that going on in HQ, TB finally managed to find some free time to visit his old friend Sinfest. Their ancestors has worked closely before, and was proud that TB's own grandfather was a hand to Sinfest's ancestor. Making his way to Sinfest's HQ, TB was sure to get some of Detroit's finest marijuana. Opening the door to his office, TB placed the package on Sinfest's desk and smiled warmly.

Sorry for being late buddy, HQ was a mess with all the new recruits coming in, but everything is settled now. Congratulations on the auth and I'm definitely looking forward to working with you again.
