Uther Lightbringer was not very pleased to hear of his father's death. Uther traveled to Chicago in haste and had driven towards the graveyard where his father, Peralta, was buried. He marched upon the dirt and let it smother his boots in brown until he walked up to the gravestone and eyed the markings engraved into the stone; looking upon his own father's grave he can only imagine the agony his heart suffered with his lasting breath before being killed in such a grave manner. Uther began to get on one knee as he came up to the gravestone even closer and begin to bow his head while keeping his father in his mind. "Father. Even though you are not physically here, you are here in my mind and you are the guide for what I must do to succeed in this world; your agony combines with my agony and your suffering is my suffering. You and me have both gone through the most strongest of situations even when they felt like there was no end; but we overcomed. With overcoming; we found blessings in our lives that we knew we would go forward in order to have success. The light shined upon you in your days of recognition and now I want your light to be passed down to me, I want to make you proud and continue your legacy where you have inspired most, your wisdom was overwhelming and your skills of making money were more than great. It was unpleasant to hear the news of your passing, but I know that you are still here in a different place, a better place. I can feel your happiness even though it may be miles away; just know that I cared about you just as much as my brothers. And I will not put your name in vain and I will defend you with honor to the end. For now, rest quietly and become a whole new person with personality." Lightbringer felt like he inspired something else during that time, a tear rolled down his cheek as he held a fist up to his chest and closed his eyes and began to ponder lightly. This struck him harder than it would have anybody else; considering his father's reputation was very known for what he could do in life. Gaining several contacts across Chicago's upper structures and friends along the way who cared dearly about him, Uther felt he could bring his own father's name to light. He began to get off his knees and stand up straight, within minutes of waiting the rain came striking down from the sky. A saddening theme for the result of a grieving death, the only feelings mixed in the situation were happiness, agony, and sadness. Life changes where you least expect it, the world revolves around life itself. Uther stood there in the rain, trying to take in the fact that his father died doing what was right, and then battling the fact that he feels he is still here. He waited, in silence. |

Keats had been visiting the grave of an old friend who'd died years before, leaving a rose on her grave before heading toward the newest expansion of the cemetery. He saw the man at Peralta's grave from a long way as he approached. Not wanting to intrude on what seemed like a private moment, Keats stayed an appropriate distance away as he paid his respects to his fallen friend. |

Uther Lightbringer was just finishing up his own touches of finishing the silent moment while the rain was still occupied; he began to walk away as he kept the thought in his head of somebody really being gone; his display of clothing was more clearer when he walked towards Keats; not really paying such a hostile mind he approached him calmly. "Did you know my father as well? Or were you planning on visiting another fallen individual you know? This life is strictly roughly, and I can know it first hand when you have to travel over and visit a cemetery, then walk to the grave of a fallen person you knew and then begin to take in the fact that they are gone physically but not mentally." Uther kept a calm stance while he was trying to start conversation. |

Keats stood quietly, listening to the rain hit his overcoat and watching it steadily flow off the brim of his hat. "If your father was Peralta, then I knew him as a good man and a friend. He was an admirable, respected member of the organization we worked for." Keats looked out at the rain and took a deep breath, inhaling the smell. "Your words contain a great deal of wisdom, young man. The people who truly matter to you always remain in your mind." |

Uther nodded slowly, he looked up at the sky while the rain splashed up upon his face and on his coat. "Peralta always taught me to keep my eyes on the prize. But most importantly to always keep a great load of respect for others regardless of them being an acquaintance or not, we all live in a world where unfortunate consequences can be delivered upon others for not following up on something important; I was always taught to respect my elder and this is where I choose myself to be now. But for now, the only thing I can work for is to continue my father's legacy and continue the work where he left off." |

Keats bows his head to Uther, then removes a business card from his inner jacket pocket, gives it to the young man, and shakes his hand . "I wish you the best of luck as you look to continue the legacy of your father. My name is John Keats; if there's any way at all I can assist you, please let me know. My contact information is on the card." |

Uther looked at the card Keats was giving him, he casually raises his hand to take the card as he stared at it for a moment before sliding it into his pockets, he nodded his head slowly. "Nice to meet you Mr. Keats, I'm sure I'll get to contact whenever I get the chance. I'll begin to make way out now, but believe me it was a pleasure to meet a friend of my father." He smiled at Keats before beginning to walk past him heading out of the cemetery. Uther began to work towards a house where he was currently residing, at least for the time being; considering it was his father's house and he would have to figure out a way to rack up the money to be able to pay some business off, but time eventually opens up a new path. |
