A brand new angle, a highly commendable...Seaside Rendezvous

Mercury may not have been a made man, but he was a suave man; and he liked to think his word carried weight because of that fact. However, the fact that he was Right Hand Man to Iota probably helped, and it was for this reason that he sat in a quiet bar off Bourbon street with Don Levenstein and one of his trusted advisors, Trabotti; whilst the Godfather himself was up north taking care of business in Illinois.

Gentlemen, times are changing and we must change with them. We make good money back home - with the numbers and the tracks - but there is money too, money of a different colour. Gentlemen, money here is white.

Mercury paused and extracted a small pouch of white powder from an impossibly tight yellow jacket

This is what the streets of New Orleans is paved of my darlings, and it's ours for the fucking taking! Shipments from Mexico by train, from the Atlantic by boat; it's all untaxed and we have a stronger claim in this city since Kates' death - now is the time for us to exploit it!

Freddie theatrically whisked the bag away and stashed it back in his jacket - presumably for later use - before continuing.

Luigi darling, it's been decided that you are the man for this job. You're going to run a crew out of this city and cement an Italian presence. The streets are being overrun with all sort of delinquent bloody ruffians! This is your ideal chance to prove your worth as a leader, not just as a follower, I offer you my congratulations, and the same from Godfather Iota. This is just a small gesture for the hard work you have done for us.

Freddie pulled a thick envelope and slid it across the table towards Luigi before turning his intense attention to Jim

Jim, I'll miss you honey but word from The Godfather is you're too remain here in Louisiana. Luigi cannot do this alone, and it's your duty to establish a clear and definite crackerjack presence in this city, I cannot emphasise that enough. Here's a little something for you my old friend.

Mercury slid another envelope, this time to Jim, before clasping his forearm tightly. After brief goodbyes, Mercury stood to leave; his work was done and the aim was clear. Luigi was to take responsibility for New Orleans with the Don at his side to keep him safe. Knowing that there was nothing more to say at this point, Freddie ambled off into the bright New Orleans day; there was a city of decadence at his fingertips and no one would stop this flamboyant prima donna from enjoying it!

Levenstein's Business Move's to New Orleans.

Jim-Levenstein stands up in the street flanked by Luigi-Trabotti, RampagingFox, Mercury (waving at all the men he passes as per usual) and Godfather Iota (who we shall say is standing next to Jim but in reality is somewhere off in the distance catching up).

As most of you will have realised over the last few months the Crackerjack Outfit's business has been one of relative inactiveness - to say the least. This in effect is down to myself, arguably I had fallen out with the criminal lifestyle after the death of my father Noah-Levenstein (GRHS). However, as we all eventually learn, we can never fully leave our flashy and enthralling lifestyle behind.

As a decision, discussed between Godfather Iota, Mercury and myself, I will be expanding the Crackerjack business Headquarters to New Orleans. It has to be deeply stressed that there will be major changes within the Crackerjack Outfits HQ within the Big Easy.

Following me to the Big Easy is Luigi, who will establish himself as Underboss and one day eventually lead New Orleans as his own city.

Jim motions for Luigi step forward. Luigi-Trabboti, over the short period of time he has been active in criminal activity, he has greatly impressed Chicago's upper structure, whilst also being highly recommended by a lot of Chicago's finest. Luigi's family line is one that is new to these shores, therefore, to put this simple, the Crackerjack business in 'The Big Easy' is mainly to oversee Luigi's business operations are firmly established.

Luigi is an individual who has a lot of fresh ideas and can bring something exciting to the streets of New Orleans, although I will be overseeing his operations, he will have full authority within the city to make his own decisions and rules as he sees fit.

Once Luigi has proved himself worthy to fully lead New Orleans and his businesses are fully rooted into New Orleans. I will ultimately retire back to the streets of Chicago.

If you are all wondering what will be happening to the family members of the Crackerjack Outfit, well here are the changes that will be taking place.

Rumor has it that Chicago will be seeing a new Underboss in the near future!

Upon my move to New Orleans, I will only be taking 10 of my most trusted members with me. This is not set out to cause disrespect to the rest of the Outfit family. It is simply just a downsize, a move which can only benefit Chicago and most importantly the Outfit in the long run. They will now have a leader who can spend a great deal of time with them, which in the end will give them the opportunity to shine and stand out. Those who I will not be taking to New Orleans will either have the choice to join RampagingFox in Chicago or Luigi in New Orleans. No Family member will be left behind. I have appreciated all the hard work each one of them have put in.

As Jim and Luigi's town car approaches to take them to the airport Iota arrives on the scene, out of breath, he made it. Too out of breath to say anything of substance So he just stands and waves at the crowd - keeping up appearance.

Jim and Luigi get in the car and head off on their adventure while RampagingFox and Dante attempt to stop Mercury's flamboyancy I guess they don't want Chicago to be known as the city of the 'Pink Mafia'.

I am looking forward to this opportunity that Godfather Iota has presented Luigi and myself, I will attempt to make the best of this situation and make New Orleans businesses once again prosper!

Everyone Thank you for Listening

Jim-L

In a state of joy and surprise, Luigi finds himself in Don Levenstein's
town car driving towards the airport to begin the Crackerjack expansion
into The Big Easy
.

Looking back over the last few months, I would like to thank Don
Levenstein, not only has he given me this opportunity, he has also
taken me in after two different wars. He has always had my back. I
would also like to thank, the late Don Bruiser, Hes inspirational
leadership was fundamental in me coming as far as i have come today.

As the town car rolls up to the City airport, Luigi looks back at

Chicago, and all the guys he worked with, it is a time where one part

of me wants to cry and the other has the biggest grin. This is an

exciting new adventure for me, arriving on new frontiers while leaving

behind the known turf and iron-forged friendships

As Godfather Iota catches up to see off his most trusted mafiosos,

Luigi, tips his hat in to demonstrate his respect too Godfather Iota.

I am excited to get this opportunity, and I promise to deliver, as Don

Levenstein stated, I will be given the keys to the city if I deliver,

and deliver I certainly promise to do.

Upon expanding my Business in New Orleans I will be making some

changes, these will be announced once I can get both feet in the door.

It is time for Change in the Big Easy, one that one that I hope you will all enjoy.

Wow, quite a day for all of us, some shaking up going on definitely! Congratulations Luigi, I enjoyed getting to know you in what little time we've had together and applaud the choice of you for Underboss of WOW New Orleans! The Big Easy, Home of the jazz and blues - this is going to be fantastic. But of course I cannot forget to congratulate my leader on getting his own city even if temporary. I shall immediate scout the business district for an appropriate place for him to party!
