moment for just a few secounds, he then collects himself and starts

Greetings good people. I come before you on a happy occasion. As
many of you will have heard, there has been a big move from the windy
city to the big easy. I thank Godfather Iota and Don Levenstein for
this big chance i have been given. I shall see to you two gentlemen
will not regret it.

So now ill start to organise the boys and have em settled in New Orleans

My crew will be know as The Easy Outfit symbolising how we will be
living the easy life here in New Orleans and also our roots. My rigth
hand in building up The Easy Outfit will be Jaxteller and my lefthand
Croccifixio.

As to the city itself i have been offered the chance to come here,
together with Don Levenstein, to build it up and again get a
thriving buisness district going, aswell as making it a place thats
entertaining and attractive to be in. As an inhabitant aswell as a
passer by. This i hope to achive by being
an active presence in the city and urging the boys to be so aswell. For
now we must settle but im sure we will start ventures to make it
attractive being a part of the soon to be bustling buisness life of the
big easy.

Now we come to the city and the rules which will apply within the citys limits

Noone is allowed to shot 48s unless permitted by Don Levenstein or yours truly

New orleans based crews will keep omerta and will not approach people for recruitment.

Peoples pockets are their own unless they says its allrigth to dip into them

To set up a buisness in New Orleans youll draw up a blueprint and
present it to me, if its quality stuff youre in buisness, and buisness
in New Orleans means we will pay you money as long as you keep you
buisness up and running. The specifiks of this deal we will discuss
when you present the blueprint.

Awaiting how this is recieved in the crowd, Luigi after a short break starts again.

This is the beginning and thus lots of things will happen down the
road, again i thank Godfather Iota and Don Levenstein for this big
break and i also give thanks too and look forward to this great enterprice
in the company of my trusted boys of The Easy Outfit.

I have all ready congratulated you Sir but wished to add how excited I am about your plans for the business district. The long and memorialized entertainment history of The Big Easy is something we need to try to make our own mark in and I believe it will be done.
