I am currently trying to raise money to fund my dog Blaze's training to become a service dog. I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2014 by a psychologist through the VA, who also recommended in the middle of 2015 that I get a service dog to help manage my issues with going into crowded areas, such as Wal-mart, Malls, etc. and also to help with the nightmares associated with my PTSD on a nightly basis. Over the past year or so I had been searching for the right dog to be my "Battle Buddy". Blaze fell on my lap a month ago when I rescued him as a stray that was very under fed and had health issues. He showed very quickly that he has the temperament and personality to be a service animal. 

The Goal I am trying to reach is 3k USD. Anything raised above and beyond the expenses for Blaze will be donated to organizations that help veterans get and train service dogs.

If I reach that goal, and recieve help from the MR community, I will launch a massive durden spawn.

It sucks that many public places are not dog friendly and you have to go through that hassle to get all the paperwork in order just so you can be comfortable in public places :/

I understand why the paperwork process is there but either way it is still a bummer. Best wishes at getting him through it successfully so he can be by your side whenever and wherever you need him.
