Her eyes flickered into life, gradual at first, then cascaded into full awakening that can never be stopped. Blood pumped all over her body, though she's only half-sure if it was really blood or some sort of oil. Dreams. She tried to remember her dreams, but there were nothing. Just like her life. Finally beckoning every ounce of her mortal spirit, she got out of bed.

She went to the bathroom and turned to the sink. For quite some time now, she dreaded the mirror. As she gazed at her own soul, her identity pummeled her crazily. Cyborg Visas. Cyborg. What the hell am I? She asked that question internally. Perhaps she is one of the first Cyborgs in this era. The world should be proud...or perhaps governments have hidden bases filled with Cyborgs. No longer a secret to behold. Whoop-de-fucking do.

Before she rented an old, obscure apartment, she tried her best to remember her worth. She found small notes about Visas, one of the legends of Detroit. Perhaps Cyborg Visas is just a splinter of Visas' old soul - a fragment of the past. Perhaps not. Whatever things are, Cyborg Visas is certain that she's not human...well, not 100% human.

She still bears the strong desire to make a name in this world. Everyone will get their chances, after all. Better not spoil those chances. Better not be a scumbag. Right now, though, Cyborg Visas is concerned of making cash. Maybe she'll ask around about the exploits of Visas. Maybe she'll drink few whiskey shots somewhere. Fueled by renewed emotions, Cyborg Visas washed quickly and clothed herself.

Cyborg Visas decided to visit her friend, Aurora-Borealis for some quick grub or shots. Now, she's fascinated by her new friend. Staring onto Aurora's eyes will give you different, celestial insights. She can make anyone wonder about existence, metaphysical conundrums, and all that shit.

"It's crazy." Cyborg poured whiskey on two glasses. She hasn't spoken much upon arriving at Aurora's pad. But she sensed that her friend is always ready to listen. "I know I'm not human, that I am just designed as a trophy or a memento of a legend. But I'm content with that. There's big money to be made in this world. Just imagine how many designer boots can I buy someday."

Aurora took the glass and sipped. "Hun, you are something else. Maybe you are just a compound unrealized. Maybe you're meant for something beyond what you know now. Everyone has innate strengths within them, and realizing those potentials can be really important."

"Thanks for that." Cyborg smiled. "I love this world of ours. You know, anything is possible. I can get money, booze, drugs, and chill anytime I want. As long as I pay my dues and respect. Well, I can get shot too..."

"Hmm-mm." Aurora nodded. The probability of death is always high in the streets. "Have you figured out your past now? You told me last time that you're an unfinished project. Frankly, hun, that roused my interest. And doubt."

"Some kid woke me up. I looked everywhere and saw a dusty, ruined lab. Abandoned. So, I ran the hell out of that place. I picked some taffies."

"Welcome to the real world." Aurora said. "You will enjoy grabbing stuff for yourself and your peers. One thing that bothers me is your system. Do you run with electricity or what?"

"Electricity and pure energy, I suppose." Cyborg replied. She unbuttoned her trench coat and revealed her silvery body. A clunking sound came out of her stomach and the skin opened up automatically. Aurora gazed with awe. Inside Cyborg's stomach were a plethora of wires and two well-oiled pistols. "Apparently, I can keep guns here." The stomach closed up.

"That was a weird but interesting sight. Anyway, let's just drink away...later, I'll bring you to a hidden pub. Do you want that?"

"Pub? Okay, it sounds nice. I'm kinda excited."

Aurora finished her glass. "This world of ours will always keep you excited."

"Cheers to that." Cyborg Visas replied, with a smile.
