... he gives out his speech!

"I stand before you today to make one of the biggest announcements
ever made in the streets for a new business. Many of us wish for a new
home, a new place to be free, free of cops, free of fear, free of
traffic, simply FREE!, well... here is your chance!"

The resort is situated on a wicked five hundred acres of property. We
are located in NY, far away from the highway and train so that noise is
not a problem. And as an addition to that, a monthly tip is made for
the right people keeping us protected and away from the harm of the
local cops. Ever dreamed of living in a place were you don't have to
worry about cops, then this is the place to be.!

The property is fairly open with hundreds of large trees of all
types. A large portion of the area is grass and we have over one hundred
acres of sandy beach. A four to five foot high rock wall separates the
beach from the grass area. Access to the beach is provided by stairs on
all sides and a few boat launch ramps on the other. We have a private
dock, boat launching ramp, mooring buoys and row boats to get back and
forth from the buoys. Our back road provides a hill suitable for
tobogganing in winter.

The 500 villa resort, is full with restaurants and spa sites, The
villas retain the unique personalities of their original owners while
being lovingly restored to their former glory, with all care taken to
preserve original design, décor and charm.

As she rounds the corner after (unsuccessfully) shaking down a business for a small pittance, the young blonde girl notices a man on a soapbox, excitedly jabbering at passerby, alternately passing out and throwing papers as the strangers walked by. Felicity, as she was known on the streets... and, well, everywhere else, sees one of the fliers swirling toward the ground and she swoops to catch it quickly. Her eyes widen in amazement as she makes her way through the amenities listed on the sheet of paper. Never had she seen something to intricately planned, nor anything more fabulously executed in her time living in the Big Apple.

Looking up, she notices the man begin to walk away happily. Charmed by the offer of a luxury home, Fel smiles at the proprietor's retreating back. Thinking quickly, she scrounges around and grabs a few more loose fliers before hurrying back toward the headquarters. She *had* to spread the word and show some of her associates the news. Like that Matt Darpli guy. He seemed like the type who wanted a fancy place to hang his hat.
