SO I'll put this on the fast version as I hate pickpocketing. But I get that pickpocketing has a rank difference. But, I don't under that rank difference on mugging. Being a set game feature, in my thoughts anyone that can pp(regardles of rank) should have the mug option. Rank should not reflect if you wanna swing on someone who stole from you.

SO I pourpose a shift on mugging, that no rank difference comes into play. Minot coding change, and nothing else really outside making some higher ranks to think a little at least on picking on the younger ones as a MUG can happen. I think its fair and reasonable, but thats what I suggest.

Either way i don't carre personally as I don;t pp regularly and hate it . But I love the mug option I just want it used more realistically. Thank Izzy

You can't mug someone if they're not in the 3 rank limit that's used for PPing? 

Yes, you can @Telkin, anyone who Picks your pocket can be mugged, like a Don who picks a gangsters pocket can be mugged by that gangster

Wait, no you can't Chris_Vaughn. I remember being super annoyed way back when a RH used to PP me on a regular basis and I couldn't mug him because he was too highly ranked. It gives you a little messaged about being crazy to roll on someone that high or something. It used to drive me crazy. It was very amusing when I finally was able to mug him.

Stefania, the last 2 people to mug me where far more than 3 levels below my rank. One was a Gangster when i was a Capo, and the second was an earner when I was Boss. Things may have changed since you were last mug hungry, but i believe when i made a suggestion similar to this last year (Actually a lot different with possibility of making it harder to mug and give you exp, Izzys response was he wanted mugging to be open to everyone as a 'tough shit you loose' thumb to the eye of their Pick pocket.
