Hello, to everyone who reads this post. I was watching TV and getting a little nostalgic over a TV show that was cancelled a little over a year ago. The Unit, it starred Dennis Haysbert (President David Palmer, 24) and series of actors who are greatly ignored in television, all of whom deserve to be stars of a series. I was just remembering how much of an awesome show it was, and how much I loved when it would start each week as I knew I was in for an hour of good quality entertainment. But alas, apparently TVLand isn't big enough for all the reality TV shows and countless series of CSI, and so the little shows that have true grit and character, but never got the chance to shine, thanks to executives who like to shift shows around the schedule so you never know when anything is on.
Anyway, I digress, I loved this show, and whilst towards the end it did jump the shark a couple of times and had an extremely rushed ending with a stupid twist, I feel that if they were to carry on with the show and the same level of script writing and character development that Season 1 offered, I will be first in line to say "SnakeDoc, you have a go".
I would like for anyone who has fond memories of this show to share them here, for word of mouth is the only way this show will ever survive and not just become a lonesome Wikipedia page that pops up in "See Also" whenever someone searches for Delta Force.
