It appears as though several players take issue with getting thank-you notes from the folks they bust out of jail. Perhaps the notification feature should be removed? Your thoughts? |

or maybe just give people the option to hide jailbreak notifications. |

it just seems a little unnecessary from my viewpoint. it's such a minor thing and time should be spent elsewhere. the result of the change could even lead to people mailing the person they broke out, so that they are aware! |

Ahem. I am one of said people who hates getting thank you's. They clutter up my inbox and are an utter waste of time. Complelety unnecessary addition, though, because all too often these personals get deleted automatically before I even see them. Well... I think it's unnecessary anyway. If were to be coded in(probably not too terribly difficult,) then I agree with -Shasta, it could be given the option to be hidden. |

Now that Mystery brings it up, I'm not sure I understand the benefits of witnessing someone else's pickpocket, either. Perhaps someone can enlighten me? I've asked around, and no one seems to have the answer. |

I was given the impression that in case there was a dispute about the PPing there was a witness. |

I'm pretty sure somewhere along the course of the replies someone has misread something. |

"Thank You' messages are not exactly a huge inconvenience - you read it Each man to their own opinions mate. I personally despise them, as you can tell from my speech. |

You despise people showing gratitude to you? That's an odd one. And yes I know you only do it for your own selfish reasons etc etc, but either way you just saved someone from prison. If you think about it realistically it makes no sense for you to say 'i was doing it for the experience' because in RP terms that does not make any sense at all. |

"doesn't make sense RP wise" Getting experience so you have it when you need to bust family out doesn't make sense? |

Heh. Are you actually saying that they did practice runs of breaking people from jail by actually breaking people out? I don't think so :P |

Well if you're bashing the concept of jail breaking as a whole, as opposed to what you originally said about saving people from prison, then good on ya. Jail breaking isn't realistic in the mass quantities that this game allows, and it certainly shouldn't be used as often as it is, in my opinion. (Granted if I run across a free jail, bet your ass I'm busting the 20's and then leaving.) |

The way I see it, there is a legitimate reason to suggest a valid alternative change to a piece of code which directly affects the game. |
