-canine- sipped his crown and coke. It was his fifth drink in the last hour. He stared down at the gun on the dining room table. His life was shit. He had nothing more to live for. And it would be a damn shame to end his life on a preposition. He was alone. It had been that way for a while. His family could not stand the rigors and separations brought about by his work in the mob. This had always been a conflict he had to deal with. It was the cause of his slow promotion to wise guy. The worse thing though was that he was 800K in debt to a couple loan sharks. He owed 200K to one and 600K to another. Both clamoring to get paid. It wasn't going to happen. He didn't have the cash to repay either. He had just received a letter from one of them. It was not the first he had received from this shark. To: -canine- From: XX Sent: Dec 14, '07 19:24 Subject: Loan repayment Umm, did you plan on paying me anytime soon? Or do I have to take matters into my own hands. ----------------------------------- The other letters were cordial, just requesting payment. -canine- had been stalling but now it was time to pay the piper. And this was the one that he owed the 200K to. The other one was more threatening. To: -canine- From: XXXXXX Sent: Dec 13, '07 17:30 Subject: Hey Motherfucker Are you ever gonna fuckin pay me the 600K. I'm tired of waiting on your lazy ass. Pay up or you'll be swimming with the fishes. I'll talk to Oliver about why I capped your ass later. ---------------------------- When he started having problems, instead of turning to alcohol, he turned to gambling. At first it was good. So good that he was able to donate over 5 mil to his first crew leader. He later donated over a mil to Oliver all financed by his betting. After -canine- had given the cash to Oliver, he had said, "-canine- if you ever need cash just let me know." Yes, he needed the cash now, but was too embarrassed to ask because he'd half to explain why he needed it. That was what he didn't want to do. His luck turned sour soon after that big donation. He could not win. He borrowed money, making enough just to pay the sharks back. Now he couldn't even do that. He put the gun to his head. He closed his eyes. He wondered if he would hear the shot before his head splattered again the dining room wall. Pulling the trigger would be the easy way out. If he didn't do it himself one of the sharks probably would. Did he really have a choice. To be or not to be, that was his question. |

Do not end your life. There is no point in doing that. They may threaten you but if they send you swimming you can be sure that Oliver will send them swimming as well. If anything they must go through Oliver and he will not allow them to shoot you. Talk to Oliver. He is a great man with much wisdom and is always ready to help out a fellow family member. There is no need to be embarrassed either, we all make mistakes, and sometimes we need a little help to pull back through. I am sure you will be helped. Remember your a part of BADASS INC. We are all a family for life. |

| As much as shooting the loan sharks would help him. It would also be bad for him. The leader of the deceased loan sharks would want blood for his dead member. | |

*King walks over and heres a discussion about suicide and not paying bills* "Mate borrowing money and not paying people back is a very bad idea. And Gambling and then not paying people back is even worse. If your gonna gamble with money make sure its money that you can afford to loose. Now if you need a loan to do a drug run come see me, but with your bad luck its gonna cost a lot." *King wanders off to his office in LA* |

-canine-, I'm not sure who would be crazy enough to loan you money. Seriously, that's insane. But as a Catholic, I'm really against suicide. Wait another few days, I'm sure one of those sharks will end your life for you. And the best part is, you save yourself 800k and an eternity in purgatory. It's a win/win situation. Well, except for the loan sharks that will be out the money. But you'll be dead, what do you care. |

| Canine, buddy, there's no reason to kill yourself. We're your family, and I'm sure we can have a whip round and get the money together for you. Everyone's allowed to make one or two mistakes! Arr. | |

"I also have 50k that says he won't do it. Actually if he takes hat bet, his son is 100k closer to repaying all his debts. The fact is, you can pay off this debt. Just throw change at the loan shark to sweeten the pot until you can clear the debt." |

Tango, I am not a practicing catholic. Suicide is meaningless to me. I believe that life is worth living only if it is a quality life. I'd rather die right now than when I am eighty not being able to walk or feed myself etc... BTW there is no heaven, no hell, so purgatory does not frighten me. To: XXXXXX From: -canine- Sent: Dec 15, '07 12:24 Subject: Can I send payments. Dec 15, '07 12:22 Your accountant has made payment of $25,000 to XXXXXX. Hope this can pacify for for today. ----------------------------- To: -canine- From: XXXXXX Sent: Dec 15, '07 12:30 Subject: Can I send payments So you just bought yourself another day of life. Consider that interest. You still owe me the 600K principle. Unless you don't feel your life is worth 25K. -------------------------- Christ, That was a waste of money. |

| Oi i would like to know as well. But then again i wonder why it is that he cant afford to pay them back. Its not really hard to make 300k plus a day. If you can only log in once every 2 hours for a minute you can do drug runs. So just stop playing Blackjack and only do drugruns. Trust me i know, ive made a million dollars in a hour on Blackjack then lost it all. Thankfully it was all my money. | |
