| Lower the Hand Req's during Rebuild | Started by: Ubu on Sep 13, '16 15:27 |

Simple and to the point - I suggest we remove rank restrictions in regards to Right/Left Hand whilst the game is in Rebuild mode. I might go so far as to suggest to REMOVE HAND BOOSTS for those < Made Man and in a RH spot, if this were to get implemented. Having someone you trust to help sift through the dozens of mails and go through other critical crew information with would be undoubtedly helpful, and probably speed up the process of getting the game out of Rebuild mode. Thoughts? |

Izzy is currently suggesting admin sponsored crews where CL status isn't restricted to Made Man. I think that would work just as well as your proposed idea. |

I am not entirely sure I am a fan of this. Does this mean that when Rebuild mode finally lifts those hands can remain there even though they are not Made man? If so I am definitely not a fan. |

No, sorry, I forgot to add that in. Naturally after there's enough available space and Rebuild is off, the hand requirements would go back into place. |

I think this is a fine suggestion, but yet I am conflicted. *Sure* we could row with the oars that we have, meaning that we may have to endure more inexperienced or *distant* members as our hands and superiors, who in the process could gain a steady bit of experience, prestige and social interaction, but we could also temporarily suspend the usual rules so we may once more promote our friends and experienced members to these esteemed positions to allow for a quick rebuild. What do we want more? That is the fundamental question. |

| Nope. Those that are always in power can wait the required time before they jump right back into a hand position. Don't wreck the car and expect a new one placed in your lap right away. After a war like this it shouldn't be a gravy train ride back to normal. Rebuilding requires work and it can be a pain in the ass and should be. Those that are always at the top of the pinnacle need to learn from this and stop trying to destroy what we have and then expect the admin team to come in and mop up their mess. If you can't get through your mails on your own maybe you shouldn't be a CL. If there are those out there that meet the criteria for CL, admins should not be involved at all. | |

I agree with BobbyMunson, this change is silly. If you can't be here to rebuild after you kill nearly the entire game, you shouldn't have done it. This sort of rebuilding takes time, dedication and a lot of effort. Suck it up and do it. It's just another way for the same people to be in the same positions again and again and again. |
