It was the only one of it's kind, and it was gigantic. Each aisle was deep and filled to the brim. SockPuppet was pleased. One of the first projects SockPuppet undertook to rebuild the city was a fully stocked food supply, heck even other city residents came from afar because of the award winning customer service. 

SockPuppet vowed that people would never go hungry and have access to healthy food, water, supplies, and more at affordable prices!

SockPuppet worked at the cash register. SockPuppet excitedly waited, surrounded by magazines, candy, soda pop, and other cool small items for sale. Once a person displayed their list of items, she would ring them up.

Maniscalco heard about the opening of SOCKS Grocery, and simply had to check it out. Hoping there were a lot of opening specials.

As he entered the door he noticed SockPuppet greeting customers at the door, and he made he's way over to greet him as well. "Morning SockPuppet, impressive shop you have setup here. I am impressed with the large variety of items you stock. Its just what this town needed after the devastating war. Sure this will be a welcome boost to this town's economy."

Hello, my name is: 

 SockPuppet

Greeter

It wiggled as it greeted the incoming traffic of shoppers. "Welcome to Sock's!" SockPuppet beamed. SockPuppet looked up at Maniscalco.

"Thank you! I created a place where people can grab their food or supplies anytime, day or night! Franny over at the deli is giving out a delicious hamburger casserole samples! Feel free to check it out."

"Thank you SockPuppet, I do always appreciate free samples and will definitely make my way over to the deli." Wit that said, Maniscalco walked off towards the deli section.

"Hi Franny, SockPuppet mentioned that you have some hamburger casserole to be sampled". Maniscalco patiently waited for Franny to dish up a sample of the food. After eating about 7 samples, he smiled at Franny and said "SockPuppet was right, this is delicious"

Maniscalco walked away from the Deli, checking out the aisles for any other goods that could be sampled for free.

Wandering in she looked around at the massive multi aisle megastore, wandering she looked around as she picked up a basket and wandered the aisles.

Picking up some brownies, strawberries and pineapple she weaved around the aisles before grabbing some whipping cream, milk, coffee and sugar before heading to the cashier

Smiling politely, she looked over 

"lovely day"

as she went back to placing her goods on the counter

Sarah had a brief transitionary period between jobs before turning to a life of crime. She got the job as a cashier at Sock's grocery and rang up the items. It felt really to be surrounded by so much food and people. Except when there are lines. 

"Yes it is," she responded to the polite lady in front of her who had just a few items for what looked like a nice breakfast or snack. She carefully rang up the items and placed it neatly in a brown paper bag. 

"That will be $7 dollars please." Sarah took the money and smiled.
