Maniscalco observes the filled up waiting area at the front reception of the Downtown Medical Centre that he has recently opened up. His father (may he rest in peace) often told him that a medical centre in this town would make millions, and considering the first couple of days, his old man was certainly spot on.

Establishments such as Nicolas Cage's Ching Chong restaurant has certainly kept his medical staff busy, dealing with food poising from the strange menu served in that establishment. And the normal health issues has kept a steady stream of people coming through the front door. This part of the business certainly kept the bills paid. But what happened in the 24 hour surgery sections was were the millions were made.

Being a mafioso was a dangerous line of business, especially in this town. Things could go very bad very quickly and that was why you needed a place to go to deal with things such as stab wounds, and gun shot wounds. A place where you knew it would be handled professionally, but at the same time discreetly. Didn't need the police to be asking questions. And that was exactly the kind of service that was offered at the Downtown Medical Centre, 24 hours a day. Cash up front and no questions asked. Cash made the IRS none the wiser, and FBN Agent Joe Melizzano made sure the cops kept a blind eye to our operation for small commission.

SockPuppet stumbled in to the emergency room, leaving a trail of milk. SockPuppet painstakingly registered. On the patient form wrote:

Slipped and fell on Aisle 2 dairy section of Sock's grocery. Also got run over by a Goomba who stepped on me. Servere headache, chest pains."

SockPuppet sat in the waiting area.

Maniscalco noticed SockPuppet sitting in the waiting area. He called over one of the nurses and pointed out the patient that was dripping milk everywhere. "I met that patient earlier today, its the owner of the local grocery store. Please attend to him quickly as he does appear to be in a lot of pain."

Radar Carries the almost lifeless body of Hawkeye_Pierce into the Downtown Medical Centre he puts Hawk who still had a martini glass in his hand onto a row of seats in the waiting area and approaches the front desk

"hello please help My boss Hawkeye here, he has unfortunately taken too much advantage of the cheap grain alcohol found here in Detroit and i fear hes suffering from Alcohol poisoning"

Radar take a deep swig of his hip flask and waits for the doctor 

Maniscalco moved out of the way of a gurney, hastily being pushed towards the emergency room. He could smell the liquor from a couple of yards away. Based on the condition of Hawkeye-Pierce it was clear that his fun was over for the night.

A commotion in the reception area made him turn around to see what was happening. It was a comical sight, Hawkeye_Pierce's companion Radar was not in a much better condition than his boss. 5 nurses were trying to help him off the floor onto another gurney, whilst deftly avoiding his groping hands. Radar managed to get his arms around a portly security guard that came over to assist the nurses, and was loudly proclaiming his undying love to him.

Maniscalco chuckled to himself, knowing how Radar's undying love for a portly security guard will be long remembered by the staff of the Medical Centre.

Hawkeye opens his eyes and looks at a ceiling that is not his and realises hes had another Blank night as he raises his head slightly he sees a curtain around his bed and a drip next to him damm he thought, he a decorated doctor had to be looked after in a hospital and to top it all there was no Gin martinis on offer he looks up to his other side and the curtain is not pulled back and he can see Radar sleeping off his night next to him.

"Radar Radar get up Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaadar"
