I often find myself going through the locals and looking for high ranking people after the jails have filled a couple times.  I do this so that I may figure out who paid to have the jails filled.  Sometimes I don't find the person, sometimes I do.  The point of this is to make a donation to this person.  They paid good money to get the jails filled, and I mooched off of them.  I only feel it's right to send them a monetary gift, however big or small it may be.

Would it be possible to put a little message at the top, crackdown brought to you by PLAYERNAME?  Viable?

And if people don't want anyone to know? Think of the spamtastic mail that this would cause.. On top of the "thank you" mails for busting people out we'll get "thank you" mails for starting crackdowns.... If they want themselves known there are ways to do this.

Maybe they could build in a checkbox that allows the person initiating the crackdowns that would allow them to be anonymous or not, depending on what that individual prefers.

There is a much easier solution. Throw yourself another crackdown when his is over so he can mooch off yours.

how would this suggestion work in RP terms? imagine the scenario, a mobster is paying to lock up an entire city of sleeping mobsters - and not only that, you want them to make themselves known for thanks?. . .
