The line of gravestones all went on for what seemed like miles. Alone, staring at all the gravestones, he speaks to himself.

"Hm, Rourke. That's a name you don't hear much anymore. Kind of strange, you don't see people named Rourke very often anymore. Has it been forgotten? Have people dreaded the name? Why did there numbers fall? How did this all start, even? Sometimes, things move on, I guess. I'll miss these guys"

Heb continues to walk through the cemetary, trying to find the way out.

Poor BrianRourke and MickeyRourke. It's like they never even existed.

Look harder, Mr. Heb.

They are around.

"Please, point out to me one living Rourke. I can't seem to find a single one"

Heb turns to Evangeline and begins to talk.

"Yes, how foolish of me to not notice them"

I also believe that there is a RourkeyRourke around here somewhere as well.

Also just because the Rourkes may have married and had children doesn't mean those poor besotted children aren't still Rourkes at heart! And don't you be forgetting BlackHandRourke, SirSammyRourke, Alice Marikate Rourke, and Marietta Rossi who despite having a different last name was in her own way a Rourke.

I was glancing over a few of the tombstones, not writing a history of every known Rourke. When I say Rourke is gone, I don't nessesarily mean the bloodline. I mean that there doesn't seem to be any true person out there, in the streets, proudly stating: I'm a Rourke and I'm proud. I mean those who carry the symbol of Rourke upon them.
