Ladies and gentlemen,

Due to recent circumstances, our community has seen so-called container crews emerge on our streets. Whatever your thoughts regarding the concept was, they were here to house people and provide shelter in turbulent times. Now that a wide variety of families and organisations across the country offer employment and housing it is time for these crews of temporary nature to disband.

Keeping the original goal in mind, the following approach will be followed to transfer into this new phase in an orderly fashion.
 

Leaders of these temporary crews will instruct their existing members to find housing elsewhere.
Having been part of a container crew is no guarantee for a job elsewhere. If a potential associate wants an opportunity, they have to approach sponsors or be active on the job market once more, unless they have a job offered already. If a family is seeking for that extra pair of hands to help build their business, they are recommended to be inviting and active on the job market as well. Straight forward stuff right here.

Leaders of these temporary crews can disband their operation at a time of their own choosing, given that it's soon.
When leaders have instructed their members about finding opportunities elsewhere, they are free to disband at their own convenience.
The suggested time-frame is to have this over within the next 48 hours. If the weekend proves troublesome to disband, this allows for some administrative wrap-ups during a Monday.

A protection order will be issued for 7 days for any and all members of container crews.
So people who are tagged with any of the names found next, is offered protection for 7 days since the moment this announcement has been made. This is regardless of inactivity or ranking within our society.

This protection order will allow anyone that is actively interested to participate in this society to find new employment and housing elsewhere. Please make sure your families are aware of this order and motivate your sponsors to be active on the job market.

The last few days especially has made some interesting conversations and potential new recruits.

I am a bit stuck on the community piece mentioned.   Not being a part of this community I have got to ask why are people being slaughtered i n a very tiny community?

Regardless of the size of this community, there will always be the need to be ahead of the competition. People who are not affiliated with a crime organisation are being wacked at some point to bring the message across they should be affiliated if they want to flourish. If they don't join up with a known organisation, others can benefit by removing these small elements of competition. Potentially this could be changed and is somewhat changed by Godfather Gato in the Manhattan district.

But in majority of the cases the people who remain on the streets by themselves aren't that actively involved in the community.
The people who want to be an active part of this community have plenty of time to find themselves some decent protection.

I have to say that im incredibly happy waking up and seeing this. I mean no disrespect to anyone who stepped up and helped, but i wasn't a great admirer of the whole system, like ive said previously there was no organic origin with it. Its excellent to see common sense prevail and give us, the community a chance to grow, they we we always do. 

I think once all of the container crews step down we then can actually see how the real landscape looks. Overall, from a personal veiw point i think this is most certainly the correct decision for us to progress.   

A good step. The temporary housing was at least a viable option, considering the war but in the end we were able to rebuild successfully.

I lean by the car, trying to make myself comfortable.. the boss inside on an important meeting, meant me beeing outside on guard.
I have no idea what they´re talking about, but it´s already been a long time for us waiting, must be something very important..

Me and the other guards chat about what we thought was so important that half of the mob world showed up to that meeting.
Some jokes beeing dropped, good to see we still have our humour, even after beeing on duty for many hours already.
I was tired, never enjoyed getting up so early, but hey.. I surely wouldn´t miss an opportunity to get paid, times of recession never fails to remind me how lucky I was to have a job, many others didn´t for a long time, with little hope for the future.

More mafiosi arrive, bringing me back from my thoughts, back to guarding the area, making sure it all goes well.
