Tosti strolled out of the Otiag Family Hq, as his newly appointed RHM. Her icy blue eyes stood out as her prominent feature, accented  by her raven black hair.  Followed by her bodyguards Trifecta and Accountability, both large and bald dominating the space around her. She removed the chain from the  main gate and stepped out into the streets for the first  time, since her move to Las Vegas.  She cleared her throat and read the recruitment letter in her hand.

 Aho,

To all those motivated individuals looking for a warm place to be supported in your ventures within our criminal world. A place where family is foremost, and mutual respect is upheld. A place where you will be supported, and challenged to be the best you can be.  Look no further, The Otiag family is for you.

If you believe you are such an individual then contact CL Otiag or his RHM   Tosti, TheWolf

She tacked the Recruitment proclamation on the message board outside the gate for all to see. The strolled back into the Otaig Family Hq, Accountability and Trifecta close on her heels,to finish paperwork.

Lucio Otiag steps out of the front gates of his newly acquired HQ to address the gathered crowd interested in what all the commotion was about with movers coming to and from within the steel gates.

"Greetings ladies and gentleman of our esteemed community. My name is Lucio Otiag and I have been given the blessing to setup shop here in Summerlin, LV. It is my goal to bring this district up from nothing into a respectable place for everyone to work in. I am very appreciative of the opportunity given to me by the recent war, and how the new leaders have changed the way things are done in this thing we do. Before this war, a bloodline as new as mine would likely have to go through more generations of hard work before earning the trust and respect to setup his or her own crew, but because of how things are changing, I am able to setup today and start contributing to the community much sooner in a leadership position. I believe very strongly in what our new leaders are trying to do, so much so that my rhm has been given an opportunity she never had before. This is TheWolf's first run as a rhm, and I am very proud to have her by my side. I look forward to getting to know you all, and doing business in an honorable and respectable fashion. "

Lucio tips his hat to the gathered crowd and then returns to his HQ to finish the long process of setting up.
