After one busy Sunday in the Loop, Godfather Nakamura was out for a ride in his 1937 Ford Coupe with his trusted friends, Kurgan and Aleksandr.  These three men had a lot of big plans for the Windy City now that business was starting to resume and the cash was starting to generate in hand over fist.  The coupe's tire squealed as the Godfather slammed on the brakes at the corner of Sheridan Road and General.  The three men stepped out of the coupe and approached the crowd of bystanders loitering in the streets.

Good evening ladies and gents,

My apologies for the delay in addressing you all in the streets.  As you can see it has been a little busy in Chicago as of late.  Aleksandr will be running his own crew within the Loop and we are proud to see him step up .  This man, errr meerkat, has been very instrumental in the rebuild of our beautiful city.

He grabbed the meerkat by the shoulder, well...I guess meerkats have shoulders, and pat him on the back.  Nakamura then turned his attention to his longtime friend, Kurgan.  The two men had been through so much together.  They had formed their brotherhood back with the late Don Curiosity roamed these crowded streets.  She placed a lot of her trust and faith into these men and it helped develop their bond over time.  He grabbed his friend and pulled him forward.

This man right here has been a one of the pillars of the foundation for the rebirth of Chicago.  Without this man's hard work and loyalty to this city, we would not have emerged from one of the biggest bloodbaths in our history.  And with that said, Kurgan is to assume the role of Underboss of the Loop.  He's earned this and the respect from everyone here.  Please join me in congratulating these two men and the future of Chicago.  The future is now!

Stewie was startled by the squeeling sound of a car comming to a sudden stop.
Looking in the direction of that sound he saw three men comming towards the crowd he was standing in.

One of those men was none other than the Godfather himself, Nakamura.

As Stewie listened to the Godfather's speech, he was dreaming of setting up an own crew one day but then realised how much time and effort that must cost.
Realising that, Stewie had nothing but respect for the two appointed men and was one of the first to congratulate them.

"Congratulations, Aleksandr. Congratulations, Kurgan. On your well deserved auth!"

Realising he was almost shouting whilst saying that and drawing attention to himself in the progress, Stewie quickly mingled in the crowd.

Vegeta was sitting down at a table reading a paper as he heard the sound of a car coming to a full stop, looking at the vehicle with curiosity he eyed the men stepping out of the vehicle as he spotted Godfather Nakamura getting out, the man himself after earning his rightful position, he got up and walked over to overhear the Godfather's announcement. Vegeta gave a firm smile to Kurgan and Aleksandr.

"Congratulations you two, nothing but respect for the both of you. Well deserved Kurgan on your position!"

Kurgan smiled as Nakamura had emerged from the Godfathers residence It had been Curiosity's wish that Nakamura assume the position of GodFather chairman. Kurgan was more then happy to let Nakamura take control for Curiosity. 

Nakamura as we have worked together and gotten to know each other we have formed a bond and respect for each other, We have had a long and bumpy ride and Chicago has stood firm it will be an honour to stand by your side as underboss of Chicago i wish you nothing but the best.

Apache arrived to the announcement late as he had lost track of time playing dice in the local casino. He hadn’t won big this time, but he hoped he would soon! Apache spotted the three men standing beside Nakamura’s 1937 Ford Coupe. He just missed the speech but knew what was going on. Apache was extremely happy for the three men.  He pushed through to the front of the gathering crowd and approached them. Apache introduced himself by slightly nodding his head before congratulating them.

“Congratulations Aleksandr, your auth has been well and truly deserved. I can’t think of no better man…ehhhh… meerkat for the job! I wish you all the best in the future.”

Apache turned his attention to Kurgan. “I have heard great things about you Kurgan and have the utmost respect for you. Congratulations underboss Kurgan!”

Apache and the men conversed some more. Mainly just small talk about the weather and some other business. He then said his goodbyes and walked down the streets looking for a bar to have a well-deserved pint.

As he looked out of his 56th story window of the HQ he smiled at the party he could see happening below. Quickly he rushed out to the streets after a long elevator ride. 

What a great accomplishment for the both of you and for Chicago. I am excited to see the city flourish and prosper.
