You go there, and then you type in the URL of the picture that you want, the URL is the name that you type in the top of your screen, where it says http://mafiareturns.com/beta/toolbar/ that is the URL, so you copy that when your on the picture you want, and then paste in into the URL bit

You could go to Bing look for what pic you want, then copy and paste the URL onto your profile under-Manage

I just checked the reply that was sent to your query (by another HD'er, not myself) and it couldn't be much clearer. It even went as far as explaining how you upload a file to the mehwhatever site so that you could generate a URL for any picture you might want to use (which was your original problem from the question you sent).
