My suggestion is to always show the felony timer when you have the timers perk. Even before you hit 15 units, you can still do felony-timer jobs like training bgs or OCs. This way you'd be able to see when your timer re-opened for OCs and bg training. |

Seconded. While it doesn't take anytime at all to hit 15 units, it'd be a nice QOL addition. |
