Because quite frankly, Stylo, no one except those in my family should be concerned over what policy I have over the unsponsoreds. Therefore I told my family and my family only. Why not just tell my family not to shoot and let the results speak for themselves? So far no witness statements have popped up about my family shooting any of the unsponsored since the announcement. |

Thanks for some people's support. To those CL's who did actually announce that their families weren't to shoot at my father's unsponsoreds. Thanks. To those who didn't, your true colours really show now. Why the fuck do people have it in their heads that when a leader dies, their family should be fucking saved? Jeez. Its like been hammered into peoples head as its politically correct and all this bullshit. Familys have hitters to train. If you were soo bad you were killed. Then your faily deserve to die for being led by a fuckwit. Shoot at his family, whore them kills. You guys fucking deserve it. |

As I am a member of Badass Inc. I live for my Boss, Oliver and die for my Boss. God forbid if Oliver was shot and killed, I would FULLY expect to wake up dead the next morning. A family is at war with another. They best yet kill them all and train their hitters. People die. Get over it. |

I'm sorry if my words sound harsh, but I can't really help myself. "I may not be the most experienced mobster, my family lineage has dipped in and out of the Life, sometimes several generations not becoming involved. But up until very recently, there have been several factors in the past that always seemed to stand out to me with regards to the issues we're all vehemently discussing: 1) The majority of the members of a killed Leader died also - why? Because they were sponsored by someone who at least one family in the community felt the need to rub out. God forbid if someone like Salvatore_Riina was in charge right now, because there'd probably be a "scortched earth" policy and that would mean that not a single person, whether you found a family or not would survive. 2) The only thing announced for certain in the Streets was the auth of new leaders. There is no set rule saying that every single action a Leader decides should be said out in the Streets so the rest of the fucking community could have their little say on it. "My sister came and joined this life not so long ago, and I followed on from her. But before us there was a considerable gap with regards to my blood line not being a part of the Life. And the difference between then and now is damn near unbelievable. "I would tell those people complaining here to "man up" but a) you've forgotten the meaning of the phrase and b) more sensitive hissy fits would be thrown. So instead I shall have myself a coke and a smile." |

I completely agree Cathy. I am the first in my bloodline to rejoin these streets for a very long time, and, from what my ancestors have passed down, it seems like these days people are more worried about staying alive than about loyalty! I think the problem lies with the remaining members of crews with fallen leaders who then apply to new families, rather than go down fighting. I can tell you that if, god forbid, Oliver ever gets taken down, I will fight to the death, no matter how bad the odds, because that is what my ancestors, and most of their contemporaries, would have done. Only your death releases you from your duty to your family. |

It seems to be a popular trend these days to look for any fault or inconcistency in policy and then point it out to everyone in a playground fashion. "OMG your members shot someone under 48 hours, you are therefore a hypocrite, which also happens to make you a bad leader which in turn can lead on to you being labelled a grotesquely ugly freak." Where exactly does this madness end? A leader doesn't necessarily have to be consistent when it comes to application of laws that are essentially their own. Yes this may be incredibly unfair, but sadly we soldier on. Standing around pointing these things out just isn't cricket. |

Hearing the debate, Misty listens for quite a while, her face going from interested to enraged. Finally hearing enough she steps out of the crowd and glaring around, gets every one looking at her. After the death of Three, RIP, there was a certain rouge who came from Three's family, She went about causing general mayhem for days, before she was finally killed, people I've heard talking have hinted that if her daughter was seen on the streets she to would be killed as well, in hope to kill of the fighting spirit in her blood, but here, I hear people saying they'll go down fighting? Could it be that people are actually planning on standing tall, I hope so... Cause, Like Ms. Cathy Parks, I to, am the second of my line coming to these streets in a long while, and through my family histories I have read of the scorched earth policies, and of times when there was not option "b" when your boss died, and in short order, you would follow him/her to the grave. God forbid anyone in your family limped off to another family and begged your way in, that get that family dragged into a war as well, or worse yet, you'd be shot in the back while you slept... Now with the death of Jay-C I hear whining, but I have of yet heard of any one rising to take command of his people and performing a counter strike. Actually, I'm glad of that, seeing that allot of people are pointing at five different leaders and calling names, and accusing them of this dirty deed... This whining about your fathers being killed, So did allot of good men, people I would have loved to see live, Friends of mine, but you won't see most of them out here whining, most of their children will tell you to buck up and move on, Dead is dead, no matter who killed your poppy. The general moaning and name calling I see all over the streets at this time, is childish... I mean, seriously, most crews call wise guys and made men fair targets, cause frankly, they should be desperately loyal, that's why the Made men were Made. Last night allot of people died, now most were, I'll admit, Gangsters, but I see allot of Jay-C's earners, wise guys and Made Men, as well, which frankly, if I were boss, would be the same case, you don't want wars coming back and haunting you, you want an empty playing field when your done... So what if some leaders bringing scorch earth back what are you gonna do about it, sit there and cry, or grow up strong so that when you go to war your family wins? I know what I would prefer, A live of honor and a Death with no Shame... |

Well speaking on behalf of my dead pappy I shall say this only once. His gun was bum but he still would have had fun. Being an earner had he survived he would have gone after whoever he could, he would have failed miserably but well family be family and it wouldn't have been right to run away and hide. His first and only loyalty was with the company and as I'm sure it will have irked him that he died in his sleep death was the only true option for him after Jay-C died. |

People keep saying that former members of the Company should fight back, or do something. What would you do, if your CL died in the middle of the night? Unless you had a WS, you either die or do your best to find shelter with another family. The fact is, no one knows who did it. There can be no "counter strike". No one can take charge and fight back until someone knows who did it. |

In my father's diary I found a log stating that he was informed of Jay's death, yet as RHM he was part of The Company and no other family. This of course meant he would die. He had no doubt of that. As outdated as it sounds, a Captain should always go down with his ship. Of course, the "Captain" in this instance would be The Company Upper Structure (ie. RHM, LHM etc) and Made Men. There are people who would rather jump ship and scamper away from The Company as Made Men who have clearly shown a disloyal trait - it therefore surprises me that a CL would take on an unsponsored Made Man who has clearly shown just how much family means to him. Who knew that Made Men could be as loyal as a cheap prostitute. |
