I think the current situation in LV where there is no casino, isnt at all realistic, and in this city at least there should be a admin run casino.

I dont know. I think a Casino is better run by someone instead of an Admin. A casino should pop up in a while

I don't think it'll work. Casinos are made so that another user can make a profit, if its run by the admin there is no profit to be made.

how about make an admin casino while the city is empty but when a crew occupies a city then remove the admin casino to be replaced by a user casino.

I agree with Chuck. Before the casinos were owned by players, there was one in every city and it was admin run. One of the best thing about them was the $250,000 BlackJack hands. I think if a city lacks a Casino, it should be temporarily ran by the admins.

It shouldn't require admins to step in and plug gaps which have been left by players. It's up to the players to fill these gaps. LV is empty at the moment for a reason, because I'm taking my time (while working with other leaders) on putting together the manner in which it will be filled. When it is filled, it will take some time (I'm sure) for a leader to get together the funds to purchase a casino with (it's a very expensive purchase which takes a LOT of time to get things in order to be willing to make the outlay on).

If you are that keen to see a casino set up in LV, get pro active about it. Put together some savings, put together a plan, talk to your current leader. When someone finally does set up in Sin City, you could very well strike an agreement with them. You/your family/a group of investors put forward funds towards the purchase of a casino, in return you get a cut of the profits.

I'm not saying this is something I would personally do, but if your only point is for the admins to have to step in and control something which is in our, the users, hands... I couldn't disagree more!

There has not been any real problem without one though brother. New York i know has two casinos if you really want to go play.

There is no roleplaying reason to build a casino in LV right now. In the 1930s Las Vegas was still a growing city. It wasn't the large casino covered landscape that it is today.
