Serotonin sitting in his office as business began slowing since the departure of the Imperial Hawks he sighs and he sees the streets beginning to grind to a halt with congested streets, he thinks to himself there needs to be more employment in the city if anything is to begin moving again. Serotonin stands up and his bodyguards stand to attention following close behind him. Serotonin walks out to the St Louis Streets surrounded by his most trusted. They walked out to the corner than moved out of Serotonin's way.

"With the moving of Godfather CrazyNine, Crazy_Innocence and Advantage to Philly, it has left a few headquarters vacant in St Louis. Mine happens to be full at the moment and we are not accepting new applicants. With that being said I am looking to auth a new captain. I have been going through the list of possibilities coming up with a few very deserving. Talking it over with TheSandman has brought one name to mind, Memphis_Raines."

"Memphis has served me well since the Devils Angels came to the shores of St Louis and I am certain he will continue to work hard and keep best intentions in mind for St Louis. He will be a captain for now with potential to move up to Under Boss when I feel the time has come."

Nodding she turns and sways back into the crowd pulling out a familar silver flask, she sips slowly from it as she disappears into the gathering people.
