As Sylvestro_Carollo walks up to the stoop a wise guy yells out "Hey Sam, gave out any silver dollars lately?". He laughs because as it turns out, he has.

So there I am, once again, taking care of my own business when I get a letter. Nothing on the front, just his name. So I open it up hoping for the best. Inside is a simple request. "can i have your drug prices please?". Now come on, this guy don't know me or me him. He offers me nothing in return, not even his own prices. A quick check of his profile cascades information in front of me rivaled only by a ticker tape. One relevant point is he hates pickpockets and I am a known pickpocket. I politely declined and sent a silver dollar back with my reply. What he gave me was information I won't share and perhaps only a few listeners would ever correctly guess at, but it was worthy of the tip. I like to share my more amusing interactions and this one doesn't disappoint. His reply to the tip?

He stuck his tongue out at me.

I don't usually get annoyed at this stuff.  As I've said before, I usually like to help out a fellow gangster.  But I can definitely see how it could be a little disconcerting from a stranger.  Like the first one, though, I'm not exactly sure how much information you gained.
