Standing up infront of the gathering crowd inside the bar Memphis adjusts his tie and looks out upon the people with a smile gracing his lips, he begins to speak in a stern and steady voice.

"You say what dose Memphis advocate, I say I advocate trust, loyalty, and honor. Cause its through the teachings of the great Serotonin that I made my way in this world and I intend to make him proud."

Looks over at Serotonin and nods.

"Thanks Boss!!"

Turning back to the crowd he continues his speech.

"Now on to business, I'm a straight forward guy. And as you have seen Ive been named the new captin to Serotonin here in the Great City of St. Louis, With that being said I want to let everyone know that's its business as usual, we are working hard within our family to build a solid foundation and welcome newcomers into the ranks"

Memphis turns his attention to Rox watching her fiddle with her jacket trying to cover up her gun he lets out a chuckle and fixes his collar giving her a wink.

"Thanks for the new suit Rox it fits great!"

Memphis looks over at Sero, Sandman, Rox, and Haydubs and pulls out some cigars from his inner coat pocket and passes them around, Removing the bottle of Jack from the bar and a special bottle of Vodka for Rox since she doesn't drink dark liquor, pointing at the shot glasses that are placed arround the bar.

Devils Advocates you say, I remember an ancestor of mine named his family that in New Orleans. I do hope it proves to be more fruitful for you than it was for him.

Picks up her glass and lifting it high toasting Devil's Advocates and The new Captain Memphis_Raines, quickly biting off the tip of the cigar and popping it into her mouth, she searches her pockets for a lighter, noticing Memphis lighting his Cigar she leans over catching a light from him, taking in a deep lung full of smoke letting it out slowly she starts to speak softly.

"Memphis it is an honor to Serve as your RHW, Congrats to you once again on becoming Captain! I know we are going to have a great time building this family, your going to do an amazing job."

Picking up her shot glass she downs the liquid inside letting out a sigh of satisfaction then quickly motioning to the bartender for another round.

Serotonin stood at the bar while Memphis introduced his new family to the City of St Louis. Once he was done speaking Sero looked at the bar grabbing his shot of whiskey and taking a sip. He put the glass down than extended his hand to Memphis exchanging a handshake.

"You have served me very well while you were in the DA. I'm sure you can only do better as a captain here St Louis. Make me proud!"

Serotonin said as he took his cigar and looked over to his bodyguard was who standing ready with a light. He than leaned over and began to take a few puffs.

Raises his glass in excitement for he knows not what the future holds, but he is ready to embrace every moment of it.

"Here's to you, boss! You earned it!" as HD smiles in approval.

HD downs the drink and carries on his business... looking busy when he really isn't
