Hi, all. I was breaking people out of jail and I thought of something, here goes.

Well, In jail, sometimes people get busted while they are trying to bust somebody who got locked down by somebody initiating a crackdown and then they have to stay in jail for a sentence of ten minutes. A lot of people don't break these guys and gals out of jail as they either don't like them or want all of the prisoners for themselves or something like that. Anyway, it struck me that there should be an increase in points for breaking out somebody who has an actual sentence instead of somebody who is free to go.

Advantages:

1.It just goes to show that courtesy pays and people will surely start breaking people out when they have actual sentences, This, I feel will enhance mingling among players, as some people like me will send a 'Thank You' mail and this some times helps in making friends when they reply and you get a conversation going.

2.This will enhance the Role Play concept as well, I mean will the police be more concerned about a person who has to serve an actual sentence being busted out or will they be more worried about a guy who was free to go anyway.

Disadvantages:

1. I am not a coder and I am oblivious to all things code and I cannot figure out if this will be hard to code in for the game.

Well, That is all I could think of, I am sure all of you have some feedback, would love to hear. I would also love to hear a few additions to the advantages and disadvantages.

This is a good idea in theory...and I certainly wouldn't mind getting experience bonuses.

However, I sort of enjoy the experiment in human nature that is jailbreaking. I like that there is choice involved, whether to be altruistic but sacrifice precious 10's and 20's, or to be selfish and let people serve their time for your own benefit. I find myself doing both depending on my mood, and like having that option.

In my experience in the last few weeks when I got put in jail during a crackdown I am busted out nearly immediately.

I think the players who leave people in jail to bust more people out are in a small minority.

Or maybe I have been very lucky.

Either you've been lucky or people just hate me (prbably ooptioin 2) but I would still like to have this feature implimented.

I would defnitely love having this feature implemented,as I am a low ranker.I get left in there to rot fr an indefenite period of time
