Ladies and gentlemen and all those that fall into neither category, I come today to bring wonderful news. In the spirit of making Philly fantastic once again I am delighted to announce that Raoh will shortly be setting up in Bella Vista - he is known to me and by many throughout our families history and he has my full support in being a fabulous leader there. He loves telegrams so please feel free to do a mexican wave here for him in the street and also send him a million messages too! Thank you for your time lovely people!

Wobbles down very un-lady like from the box and whispers her thanks to Raoh for catching her hand to recover her balance....

As he waits for Tellurium to finish speaking, he straightens up his tie and steps up next.

First and foremost, let me say a big thank you to the amazing Tellurium, AurelianoBuendia and their family. It has truly been an honour to serve within the ranks of Enchanted Elements and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity presented to me in the aim of making Philly great again.

He looks around at all of the faces which have shown up to hear the announcement and smiles in appreciation.

I aim to continue in the positive energy which Tellurium has inspired throughout Philly and create a home for keen and enthusiastic mafiosa of this world. I am always one to lead by example and I will be sure to make that known to all new associates who walk through our gates. So with that said, I am happy to anounce that "Century's End" will now find it's home within Bella Vista.

Thank you all for taking your time to be here today and please help yourself to the champagne which is being handed round by our staff, all free of course courtesy of Tellurium and I. For those of you who prefer a more hard hitting drink, whiskey is also available!

Stepping down from the soapbox, he looks over to Franky4fingers and asks him to send a telegram to the renovators to make sure the HQ is ready for their arrival.

After putting down the soap box, AurelianoBuendia retracts and stands with his back against the closest street lamp, only his tapping feet gives away how uncomfortable he is. It seemed like yesterday that they took Raoh in, and since then it has been nothing short of being awesome.. But the little boy has grown up and it's time for him to spread his wings. He deserved this move and it will be great for Philadelphia..

Avoiding eye contact with Raoh (as he is sure his eyes would give away the discomfort), he listens to Tellurium 's speech. He doesn't really listen, he just stares at her, but when the crowd starts clapping and cheering, he regains full consciousness, whistles and yells something way too personal about Raoh. As he does, Franky4Fingers pokes him in the side, and he just cheers, avoiding people to see the tears welling up in his eyes..

Torak steps forward from the family and raises a 'Large' Glass.

"For all my friends that I've had the pleasure of hanging out with, showing the ropes (and a lot more). Best of luck"

After helping myself to the free whiskey I step forward to say something.

"A big congrats is in order, This is a wise move for Philly and is well deserved. It was a honor to work with you and I look forward to seeing what great things you do for Philly. Cheers!.

Joe looks around at all the big faces that have come out to congratulate Roah.

"While we have only known each other for a short time I have only ever known you as a friend, and as an ally. I think you will do great things, and look forward to your amazing contributions to our beloved city. Good luck, the hard part has only just begun."

Sneaks up behind Tellurium while she is talking and pokes her in the ribs ....Points at Raoh ... why would it be me ???

Well now that I have everyone attention: AO shakes Raoh hand and passes him a small wade of cash.

It was not a big surprise when Tellurium told her about her friend's auth, but it was still a great thing to accomplish in a place like this.

Fish decided to walk up to Raoh himself and congratulate him.

"Congrats, Raoh! I am sure you are going to do good here in Philly - hopefully we will not miss you too much over here."

Fish wandered off into the streets again, resuming her hunt for poor and innocent mice and birds.

Congrats Raoh, I look forward to seeing what you are able to accomplish out in Bella Vista. Salute.

After downing several glasses of the free champagne, Herrero makes his way over to where Raoh and Franky4Fingers are standing.

"Congratulations my friends, this is a great step forward for our city, but you guys will definitely be missed in our HQ."

Herrero turns around and walks towards were a crate of whiskey is standing, and grabs himself 2 bottles to continue the celebrations.
