Unfortunately, as the decades wore on, The Four Horsemen influence touched nothing more than the main building's floor plan. The structure was originally meant to contain 600 patients, but in 1939, it had a daily population of 2,360, and the staff, whose size had remained relatively stable, was at a loss for how to control the patients, who were sick and dirty from their lack of care. Sometimes the patients died out of the staff members' sight, and weren't discovered until days later, rotting away in some forgotten room. Eventually, all of the nightmarish trappings of asylums were introduced: solitary confinement, straight-jackets, electroshock therapy (which gets a bad rap, but was likely overused as a means to control patients rather than as a mode of treatment), and the lobotomy. "Ladies and Gentlemen, I come here to announce the opening of the Four Horsemen Asylum. Where everyone can get the treatment they need without completely messing with their heads." "Everyone who checks out gets measured for a straight jacket and a psychic evaluation." As I stand there in front of family members and friends. I speak out once more. "The Four Horsemen Asylum is open for business to chance the lives of the morbid for the better. Thank you for taking the time to come and listen for a few minutes. Come in and browse around our beds are comfy here." I open the doors to the Asylum, to the right of me stood Woltrazz waiting to access the Patients and to the left was Amell, handing out the candy of calmer nerves. Philly is going to grow for the better and I'm glad to be apart of that movement.
I walk around the Asylum to make sure everything is still in working order. |

Wonders if there is room in the new building for a physco from Canada. He would need his own wing since he has a hard time with other people. |
