Nyx walked the streets along The Strip. A lively place it was. Always something going on, she heard gun shots off in the distance. Nothing new there, she thought to herself. She swung her trash bag full of cash side to side, loving the heavy weight of the cash felt. It had been a good day of robbing, and mugging saps, it was time to head home.

Nyx turned the corner to head back to HQ when she ran into DotBoom. He looks a bit flushed as he gave a polite nod and "hello" before hurrying along his way. "Gee, I wonder where hes going in such a hurry" she thought out loud. Nyx shrugged her shoulders and kept her light pace back home.

HQ lights was out,as she approached, which was odd, there was always someone home. Slowly she pushed the doors open, always being cautious. She glanced around and found the place empty. "hmm" she muttered loudly as she walked in and yelled at the top of her lungs..

"HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO???"

Her voice echoed along the halls, and with a shrug, thinking they was all out doing their own thing, she took a seat near the bar and started counting out her cash, waiting for everyone to return home

SpaceCowboy was taking a stroll down the Las Vegas strip, cringing each time he heard a gun shot go off. When suddenly he hears the sound of a lady screaming "hello" his attention focuses on where the sound came from. Thinking the gal may be in some sort of trouble he begins heisquest in search of this mysterious voice. After twenty five minutes of searching he finds himself in front of a darkened home with the door wide open.  Making his way near he spots a young gal in her twenties lying on the ground in a pool of her own blood. SpaceCowboy lets out a long sigh for he realizes this must of been the voice he had heard and he was too late.

"I'm sorry I didn't make it sooner, I wish I could of met you before it came to this."

As he reaches into his pocket to grab a cigarette he realizes his hand is shaking. Shaking his head he lets out another sign before lighting his cigarette and saying a small prayer before heading to the nearest airport back home.

A sad story indeed...
