I would like to first state that making the decision was with heavy heart because I considerd TonyCosta a benefit to Las Vegas. I am not worried about dying in my sleep and would not make this in such to be a power play as I wish to offer everyone the same gracious opportunity that i have taken here if not I would be a huge hypocrite and deserve a bullet.

I say this with no means to drag TonyCosta's name through the mud. He came here with hat in hand wishing to work with us in LasVegas after an incident within PH. I happily stated to be glad to work along with him.

Quickly I was met with concern from Philly and dealt with that issue. Only to have one of his members cause issues for almost a week straight...no big deal just drama. 
Soon I was approached by several people about concerns from his past blood lines. Dillon, and Tywin. These issues raised concern with me and those around me. I sought a few levelheaded people to converse with and came to the conclusion we should not hold peoples knives to the throats to bloodlines children. In spirit of giving the new way thought and not causing bloodshed merely out of concern i let it go as and decided to work with Tony as if not this would only breeds distrust and propels the very issue and cause the very problems that I was concerned with. Plus every story has multiple sides and not being around or apart of it... it was just he said she said. Shrugging it off and moving forward.

Little while later I had individual conversations with my fellow crew leaders here in Las Vegas along with other trusted members. Everyone comes to the same conclusion...he has been aloof with answers, quite, and not straight forward.
Shrugging this off as well, being that it is not grounds for anything because hell I can be quite and aloof at times. We all have those moments and some people that is just them. It shouldn't warrant a bullet.

Soon after that issue I am approached by TonyCosta Oct 15th about his desire to step down. Stating he did not feel like anyone wanted him here. I pleaded for him to stick around and to have a serious conversation with him about things it just seemed our time conflicted but he stuck around regardless.

From Oct 15th - Oct 24th I received mails of him being shall we say "Cheeky" about the past with another cities Rh at the time. Almost instigating and laughing at the situation, This does not warnt action per say; I let even this slide. Though now my trust dwindling with him.

following this event. Issues within Philly resulted in me asking him to kill one of his members bloodline of TheCreep, for harassing members of Philly...more drama.

Word is he is not happy about the matter...but we move on. 

Oct 24th a message comes across the Crew Leaders of Las Vegas desk that He was stepping down due to personal reasons and that 3 of his members will be stepping up in his place. Now I have no qualm with either of these men one I would be happy to work with however 

Between Oct 24th - Oct 26th mails between him and another member of Las Vegas and even a member within his own ranks started raising suspicion.

Now on Oct 26th. I get corresponding messages stating he is unhappy with my decision to let Imperial set up (Rip Mate). Was even considering shooting him.

I decided to poke and prod around some, Only to find a shit storm. As it would be...apparently he had been asking about my outfit and sizing me up for some time...from what I can gather along with acting strange as if he was soon to go on a Retiring Killing Spree along with his new "auths". This Included taking myself out and members of Philly, recent action with Imperial setting up I guess caused him to be more brave with the matter and to start asking for locals on my self.

Fact or Fairy-tale...I could no longer sit by waiting for the Next incident to jeopardize innocent mafioso within Las Vegas or Philly

The Slowest 1v1 began as I agreed not to have anyone other then me and him involved. Even attempts at ending it with less bloodshed by Duel was ignored more then once. 

Few hours into the tit-for-tat, He runs moving shop to Philly. Under the impression that this would force me to stop shooting at him, moments later cleared up by a mass mail with Robert, I continued shooting. TonyCosta now annoyed takes his anger out on Philly over mere petty drama from the past.

Rip to both sides who have fallen, Im sorry for your loss Philly. This however was honestly an interesting event I can say. Slow...but interesting. I enjoyed the qualm being left between me and TonyCosta even though Mr. Tony could not leave it between just me and him.

Making my way down here I believe I heard Tywin, the supposed kin of TonyCosta share something about his own thoughts on the matter. I don’t see him around here anymore, so when I refer to what I picked up on, that might be slightly off in wording. Forgive me in that case.

Although I’m not aware of all the things BadWolf mentioned, I can confirm a fair deal of them. I think I even missed one of the events that triggered people across the country to take drastic protection measures out of fear for Tony. From my experience in recent times, TonyCosta might have had good intent, but his approach in this world wasn’t one that made friends. It’s something we’ve been aware of for a long time, but as no people where directly harmed - we let it be and chose not to intervene.

Anyway, when BadWolf and TonyCosta engaged each other in battle, we still kept out of it. It’s not a scenario that asked for our involvement as two families were engaging each other and the odds of winning seemed equal for both party. Earlier today, Mr. Costa decided to move his operation to Philadelphia. If I remember the words of Tywin correctly, with the intent to disband his family and guide them to safety before joining up with a Detroit crew himself. This intent was not communicated to BadWolf, nor to the other leader in Old City District, nor to ChristianGato, city lead for Detroit. He didn’t contact myself or Godfather Nakamura either. With a little bit of sense expressing that intent seemed like a smart idea.

Without any communication regarding this move, I had multiple people approach me with questions on how this new situation should be interpreted. With no other information than the ongoing war I sent telegrams to all upper structures in the country to inform them of our stance. In it we explicitly mentioned that as long as the greater community wasn’t affected by the war between Mr. Costa and BadWolf, we would stay out of it. Mr. Costa got this telegram as well. A short time after that he believed that the best way forward was to shift his attention from BadWolf’s family to a bystanding family in Philadelphia. He killed Luxuria.

With more rumours of his malicious intent, than any communication regarding positive intentions, we couldn’t do anything else than interpret the murder of Luxuria as unwise and reckless. It seemed he want to bring down more people instead of working on peace for his family. At this point we felt the need to step in to prevent further deaths to people who weren’t directly involved in the war.

Now was Mr. Costa all bad? I don’t think so. Other people made the relation he had with BadWolf shaky over stuff that happened to their ancestors. Mr. Costa got somewhat cornered by circumstances and it appeared that he did not care or know how to find a subtle way out. But that’s the world we live in and when things get tough, people should be able to handle themselves.

Today's war made sense to some point. When it stopped making sense, we stopped it from continuing at all.

My father died in a fight he did not understand, he had no idea what was going on. There was no communication in the crew of why it was happening or what to do. I'm sure had my father known the reason behind all of this he may have made it out alive.

Tone blamed it all on another member of our crew, ridiculous to see and knowing how he was talking elsewhere it was expected. Tony had a temper and that was just that, I am here to live out my father's legacy and make it places he couldn't.

Respect to both side of the Fallen, and thank you Badwolf for the explanation cause God knows I wouldn't have got it anywhere else.

Tony fled Philly, set up in Vegas and sought a place in Detroit? Have I misunderstood that Miss Kompressor? Mr Tywin?

Having listened to Badwolf and finally heard some kind of info pertaining to why his father LeftyTwoGunnz had been killed, VinnieBoombatz stepped into the conversation to address the group.

Considering this is the first I'm hearing of anything about how the killing was sparked I'm still in the dark as to not only what the reasoning was for my father's death but also who even was involved in the fighting that lead to his untimely death. From the sound of it, it began as an issue between my father's former CL and another CL and ONLY those two and some how blossomed into that CL, his crew and Philly against Tony's entire crew? Am I understanding this clearly? I am in no way asking these questions with any disrespect behind them, I am simply just trying to find answers as to what in the hell happened from the time my father went to sleep and tended to blood family business and roughly 6 hours ago when I was given the news of my father's death. 

When my father was approached by Tony that he was stepping down and that he was given the auth, should he want it, to open up a crew in Summerlin my father could not have been more honored and proud to have the opportunity. He approached Slash in Summerlin and made sure he had no issues with him setting up shop and also approached Badwolf and green out of respect to make sure they were not only aware of his auth for a crew but to make sure they had no qualms about it. When he received the nod of approval from all three of the CLs he started prepping to open his crew and immersed himself in gathering the money and support needed to build a strong foundation for his new crew. When he went to sleep his biggest concern was what the response would be to his new crew and had not even a speck of thought pertaining to war within his city. In fact he was more concerned with a threat from a jealous mafiosi who was unfamiliar with him and therefore felt he was undeserving than he was with a disagreement between two men unraveling into a clusterfuck that would result in his death.

I apologize about my frustration over losing my father when he was on the precipice of such big things and question whether it might have been overkill having him killed when the parties involved had just had discussions with him knowing he had no ill will towards any of them and was in fact excited to work with them. Back in Sicily where I was born when a CL is deemed bad for business he, his hands and maybe a few of his closest soldiers are eliminated but his crew are left to carry on with business and making money. Back home blood is a big expense and interferes with business too much to flood the streets with it. But I digress, I hope one day I will be able to find the answers to my questions and hope that maybe myself or my kin will be able to achieve what my father had come so close to achieving. Much respect to the fallen and hopefully in the future better communication can prevent such unneeded bloodshed. Cheers.

Having said his peace and hoping to hear a little more info about the cause and carrying out of the actions that lead to his father's death, Vinnie steps away from the crowd and finds a chair nearby to sit down and listen in to see if anything further develops.  

Oh I see, he was to step down and join the ranks in Detroit as a foot soldier? That makes more sense. Still. Rarely has a man spread his loyalty to the cities to thinly and lived to tell of it. Lessons learned I'm sure. 

Mr Boombatz, Im sorry for the loss of your father. I'm sure he would have made an exemplary leader. It appears he was sold short. 

Hey Mercedes, thank you for bringing that up. I had no knowledge of that. Still, it seems to have rendered somewhat invalid after Mr. Costa engaging BadWolf in the war. If the goal is family safety and disbanding, the way forward would not have been to engage in the war with BadWolf.

I think it was valid to war BadWolf - but not if there was any truth to his intent to safeguard his family and disband. The killing of Luxuria didn't add to that either. 

Mr. Boombatz, it does sound like you have been very unlucky. Mr. BadWolf was lead to believe that you, together with other auths might even bring harm to the city of Las Vegas, despite the conversations you had with him prior. This is the way this world works sometimes - sad as it may be for many. I hope you find more favorable conditions than your father for chasing your ambitions.
