After reviewing the events of the past couple of days I take note as to a new arrival in Las Vegas

It appears that not only was tonycosta formerly from Philadelphia so so is raoh could this be a sign that things in Philadelphia aren't as enticing as things in Las Vegas

Even in a basically near empty city with only tellurium left holding real estate one has to ask why raoh decided to move to a almost fully occupied city across the country with higher real estate prices

Could this former Philadelphia Crew Leader do what the other former Philadelphia Crew Leader did and only move back to Philadelphia to shed blood?

Could tellurium be a tyrant? Could Philadelphia be a sinking ship? Could Philadelphia be doomed?

One may never know until it's to late however this doesn't bode well for Philadelphia as it currently the most empty if the free cities and we all know how a empty project city ends.

After wandering the streets hearing a speech addressing the move one line caught my ears

" I want to thank Tellurium for the initial opportunity to setup in Philly and for all the support provided in those early days." 

This line brought much thought

Whilst busy with the refurbishments and sorting out the deliveries in new HQ of Century's End, Raoh heard a member of Kurgans family shouting his name in the streets and decided to spare some time to venture out and pay him the respect of a reply.

According to the rules of the free cities, an individual may set up should they wish for the opportunity to try leadership. I chose to exercise this and move my operation to LV and work alongside Slash and Green.

I do not need to justify my actions for this to you, or provide reasons, I already stated enough in my announcement of this news.

Tellurium has resided in Philly for a long time and runs a fine establishement. I know this because I was a part of that family so please do not try to point the finger where you have no knowledge of the inner workings of a family.

Your points all appear built to antagonize a reaction and that won't be happening with me. Philly will always exist and it wont be long before we see someone else want to have a go at leadership and open a HQ there.

If i remember correctly the last bold to move from LV to PH was killed for doing so sure there were different circumstances but still

I don't believe they were killed for moving to Philadelphia. If you are referring to Mr. Costa, he moved during a war. Even then he was not killed for that. He was already in the middle  of a war with BadWolf-.

tellurium Philly was already open to any and all that wanted to spread their wings, you make it seem like your the one in charge  of this free city now. 

Quarantine, this is beginning to feel like a crusade.

I am one to ask a lot of questions, so I would never condemn anyone else doing so but I am trying to figure out what it is you are really after.  Right not Tellurium is the only leader in Philadelphia. So right now she is indeed in charge of her own family as it should be.

Do you have a solution to the problems you see? Perhaps something people could work on? Rather than just stating there is a problem, seek a solution as well.

Have anyone in the free cities done something that warrants their deaths? No.

Is there room for improvement? With every family there is always room for improvement.

Are they perfect? No, but neither is anyone else.

So please what is it you exactly want? You say this is an appeal but an appeal for what?

I apologize if this feels like a crusade it is not meant to come across like one i am just curious as to why of all the cities we have titled as free cities that Philadelphia seems to be the only one not flourishing at this point, the only common denominator is that tellurium is still there and it seems even those who come from her family only to spread their wings don't wish to remain by her side or work with her in Philly and those who do wish to stay there and work alongside her don't last long. It seems that what I am talking about is just the way the world is dissing Philadelphia 

So I'm just here for some clarification as to what the big appeal is to leave tellurium by herself in Philadelphia

What I want you ask? What I want is to figure out what can be done to allow Philadelphia to flourish like the other free cities are

And tellurium the reason I stated you were acting like you were in charge of the free city is because you implied that now that Raoh is gone people may now come to Philly and spread their wings when the start of the free city initiative began it was stated that ANYONE could move to a free city and spread their wings so why did you feel the need to remind us if this and why only AFTER Raoh left

Why are you so concerned with PH , or any other auth outside your city? In any case those who take the challenge of setting up in a free city should be respected , as they are attempting to be apart of what the Pillars wish us to be as a community.

What an absolute and utter load of horse crap. Its not even worth me trying to pinpoint the things that you have said wrong, because id have to rephrase the whole god damn pathetic speech. When we first met out here, Quarantine, your beef was with another Crew Leader that resided from PH. That Crew Leader is now 6 feet under, since then you have turned your petulant attention to the other Crew Leader from PH. What is the common denominator here? Both Crew Leaders reside from PH- a free city. 

Ive put this to you before and you chose to ignore me, so ill throw it right back out there. Its very, very easy to pick on a free city, a city that doesn't have the support frame to be able to stand up and make you accountable for how much of an ignorant ass that you are. I honestly hope that one day you have the balls to come out here and address the conventional cities with such continued disrespect like you have done towards PH and its inhabitants. Juts because they are a free city, it doesn't give you free reign to act in such a way that has an all round negative effect on those that you represent, in your home city and crew.  

The quick win for PH here is that you didn't quite get the response that you was looking for did you, Quarantine? It was the opposite in fact! Which is a moral victory for that Crew Leader that you have plagued with this senseless nonsense. You're the only one who is lacking any "Appeal" here.

What dont you get? You can call PH what ever you like, dress it up or dress it down. Its a competition and until the city is closed, it will remain a competition. Thats the beauty of this set up. We expect death, we watch and look and sometimes hope for action coming from PH/LA/LV because thats the nature of the beast. Thats what makes them appealing. So you're not pointing out any flaws, only what everybody else is fully aware of.

Let me tell you a bit about Tellurium; she is a bloody fantastic leader. She has barely put a foot wrong since she stepped into her HQ in PH. She is the longest standing Crew Leader and i would tip her to see this till the end. She seeks council when needed. She saw that PH, from the outside was looking like it was running as a conventional city- not what MrGato wanted, she stepped up and made it known that PH was still open. She had the balls and brains to understand what was needed. 

You could pick her whole organisation up and slot it into any city across this land and she will run it to perfection. Dare i say that she is running it better than some well established Crew Leaders that reside in the more conventional of our cities.   That i would put my name too and i thats not something id take lightly. She would be, in my opinion, in favor, a lot more than some other Crew leaders who sit and rest on their hind legs.  

Its time to change your record now, people simply are not buying into your rubbish. 

Though there are blatant misconceptions and incorrect assumptions from signore Quarantine, all of which I will not address as that job is being done by many, many other people, we should be mindful that encouraging debate and discussions is important to the growth of the streets. Posing questions and speculation is not against the rules, it is up to us if we take it as provocation, slander or an opportunity to educate.

A more accommodating response would be to take the time to offer insight into the incorrect elements, the subjective elements and point out the elements which are none of his business. We're not looking to drive people back into their houses, both those making the speeches and those silently watching from the sides.

We're also not made of glass, and if he continues to run his mouth and doesn't identify the chance to learn from the encounter, feel free to slap him and then just stop responding.
