Jennie saw Mathius and gave a quick wave and a smile, making note that she should really go over there and say hello. But her stomach growled at her, so she new food was a must first. She looked at the menu and sighed, everything looked amazing. Dragging her finger over the menu she frowned, wondering how the hell she was going to make up her mind. "Damn it Vito, why does everything have to look so good?" She muttered. 

Mathius gives a quick wave back and smile.

"So anything good goin on lately, any new people to the family Vito?"

Vito makes a contemplative look as he thinks if he's seen anyone new around.

"Nahh I can't recall any new faces recently. There's people I haven't met yet but I don't think we've had any new people join up lately."

Vito looks around quickly

"Where the hell did Noto sneak off too? It's hard to keep up with everybody. Anyway I'm gonna go and bug Jennie now you're free to join me if you'd like Mathius. I'm sure Noto will catch up with us over there when he comes back from wherever he went."

Vito says as he heads down back to the other end of the bar. He's been getting a workout lately. It's been the most busy he's been in awhile

Mathius takes a couple minutes to finish the rest of his steak. Starts to move down towards the other end of the bar.

"Hey, hope i'm not intruding into your conversation?"

Vito pulls out a stool next to himself as he took the stool next to Jennie. He says to Mathius

"Not at all. Makes sense for us to all be in the same area anyway instead of sending signs and signals from one end of the bar to the other"

Vito smiles at his own joke and then turns to Jennie

"So Jen you decide on what you'd like to order for the night? I'm feeling like seafood"

Vito turns to the waiter who was standing by waiting to take Jennie's order

"Let me get a fried shrimp basket, with fries and onion rings please."

The waiter writes down Vito's order but waits to for Jennie to decide what she would like to eat.

Thomas looked up from his seat at the bar, a piece of 313 pizza hanging from his mouth before he tore it away. He noticed the family gathered at the end of the bar, but looked at his pizza and pint of stout and shrugged. He'd make his way over after a bit. Swallowing the pizza, he grabbed his beer and took a big chug from the glass and looked at Tony.

"This really is good pie, Tony. Yer gonna have ta tell me everythin' yeh put in tha sauce some day."

Tony laughed, "Sorry Mr. O'Shannon, family recipe. Can't tell ma's secrets, you know."

With a smirk, Thomas added, "Everyone has t'eir price, Tony. I'll learn yers one day."

He waved at the family and continued to chow down; beer and pizza, best dinner there could be.

"Your right Vito, and I don't need to order anything waiter, thank you. Hi Jennie, how is it goin."

Mathius waves back at Thomas.

After a few sets, Billie finally wandered down to the bar for a break. Seeing so many family members gathered around the bar made her particularly giddy and bubbly. Squeezing herself into the crowd she sidled up to Noto. Draping one arm over his shoulders, she leaned on the chair; half in his lap and half standing. Stealing away his tumbler of vodka and cranberry, Billie eyed it with a quirked brow before stealing a few sips. "So, how's everyone hanging tonight?" she beamed at the crowd of friends and family. 

Tucking a curl behind Billie's ear, I look her up and down... couldn't help it.

"Things are busy here darling, Vito is running quite the establishment here. And he's speaking with a new member... he's to the right of Vito, names Mathis. So how's that Vodka and cranberry?, seen you raise a brow before drinking it. I chuckle slightly "I keep hearing I need to switch things up for Paris, order a more fancy drink."

Billie silently raised 'her' drink to Mathius to greet him without interrupting the flow of conversation. Leaning over to peer down the bar she blew a playful kiss in Jennie 's direction before settling back in for another sip of vodka. She wrinkled her nose a little as it passed her lips. "It's very tart. Pleasant. But very tart." Sliding the glass back to Noto, she waved at the bartender, "Can I get a quantro of Moscato D'asti when you have a moment darling. Thankyou." 

Turning her attention back, she ran a hand tenderly through Noto's hair. It always made her uncomfortable when he looked so pensive and broody. Life was too short for that shit. "Penny for your thoughts?" she cooed, looking up and nodding her head toward the others to broaden the scope of the question. 

"Penny for my thoughts?... well I think Detroit is shaping up rely nicely, Vito is running this place great... and the tower is doing great."

I take a drink and continue.

"Most importantly I think you look amazing as always." I once again tuck one of Billie's curls behind her ear. Looking into her eyes.

"Your beautiful green eyes... they are like emeralds, Paris will love you... all the Frenchmen there." I chuckle thinking about it. I then pull out some cash from my coat pocket and slip it into Billie's hand.

"I want you to get some more nice cloths for the trip, I know you have money and you don't like me babying you... but I won't take no for an answer! Paris is a dream for you, and you deserve to have the best time."

I lean forward and kiss Billie, she immediately smiles which was another thing she did that could brighten a room.

Jennie grinned Billie_Faegan and reached up to catch the kiss out of the air. She mimed putting it in her pocket before winking at the women. "Right," she told the waiter, "I'll start off with a small wedge salad, extra dressing on the side please. Then for my entree I would like to try the Salmon with the side of risotto." she glanced at the menu and then said, "And can I please get a side of roasted asparagus as well, please?" she asked the waiter as she handed over her menu. 

Kate approached and rested a hand on the shoulder of Billie_Faegan. She smiled as she spoke, nursing her drink.

"Nice job up there, Billie."

"I'd like to buy a round for everyone here, and raise a glass to all the amazing people I have begun to meet here that is apart of the family."

After the waiter left, Jennie picked up her drink and stood up. "I'll be over there." she said pointing to the group of people gathering. "If I don't notice when my food gets here, give me a shout." she told the bartender with a smile. She took a sip of her drink and walked over where everyone was standing, just in time to hear Mathius offer a free round. "Well thats mighty generous of you." she told him with a smile. She moved next to KateLogan and bumped her hip into hers gently, "Glad to see you're out and about." she said. 

Kate lifted her glass when Mathius toasted before tossing her hip into Jennie's. 

"Nice to you see you out as well, Jennie. Recovered from last night? I did had fun, though."

Kate grinned.

Jennie giggled, "It was a bit touch and go this morning, thought I might die, but I think I'm back to normal now." She put her hand to her head and then frowned, "Thats what I get for thinking I can out drink a Texan." she added. "Lesson learned." 

Billie didn't protest as Noto pressed the cash into her hands. Smiling she slipped it into her dress and quietly kissed his cheek. "Thank you, Darling... for everything. The trip is going to be amazing, no matter what..." As she trailed off Billie fought the reflexive urge to stiffen caused when  Kate rested her hand, unannounced, on her shoulder. 

Billie chuckled, smiling up at Kate. "And here's just the lady we need to talk to before finalizing our plans!" She patted Kate's shoulder in return, "Thanks, boss. Figured we'd go out with a bang before we disappear for a while. What do you think?"

As Jennie approached, Billie laughed aloud at her self-imposed misfortune. "Oh you poor dear. What are you doing out in all this atrocious noise," she joked, self-deprecatingly. 

She rolled her eyes, and shook her head, "Billie_Faegan you're being silly. Your voice is like pure silk." she told the woman. "If there was anything my hangover needed, it was the sultry sounds of your music." she added with a smile. "I'd love to be able to sing like you. But sadly, if I try the cats yell and children weep." she shrugged her shoulders, "Not to mention, the thought of being on a stage gives me the willies." she chuckled.
