Within the walls of Detroit, our members have access to an 'assignments' board, which offers a variety of objective based tasks which pay handsomely for their efforts. It is also a way of our potential soldatos being recognised within the crowd. Those who wish to be noticed and actively contribute to the city, will do so by completion of the jobs and upon review of their actions.

These tasks might include frequenting local businesses, making deliveries or even being a doorman for a busy night in Downtown. Any way you can think of which which we can utilize features of our world, we do so. For example:

Doorman Wanted

We're always looking for additional security on W. Montcalm Street. Duties are simple: keep an eye out, greet locals, and keep trouble to a minimum. Pay is $60,000, half before you start and the rest when the job is done. Contact XXX or XXX to begin this assignment and receive your initial payment.

Or...

Manager

 We need to have someone keep an eye on BUSINESS X in case there's trouble. Contact XXX and let them know you're taking the job, then show up at this business and maintain an active presence for the next 48 hours. At the end of the job, you'll receive $50,000-$100,000 depending on the quality of your presence there and your amount of activity.  

These are a small taste, but you get the picture.

Now, these currently remain exclusive to Detroit, however we are looking to incorporate them into our Business District.

The Proposal

Everyone likes a busy business. It keeps you active, gives you reason to fly between cities and boosts your abilities as a person. So with that in mind, who wouldn't want people frequently visiting their establishment? 

What we are offering in Detroit, is the opportunity to purchase protected property in our business district. For an initial fee of $500,000, you will be able to open a business on either Park Avenue or West Montcalm Street. My office is based on the corner of both, and my young associate Kate Logan has an office on Park Ave. Practically, it does not matter which location you decide to open your business on, all it will affect is the type of work that it generates. 

W. Montcalm typically has the market and evening venues on, while Park is more suited to local trade businesses. 

So, to summarize this little announcement:

1. If you would like to open a business in Detroit which is frequently visited, it will cost you the sum of $500,000 made payable to myself. If you do not wish to be a part of this scheme, there are no restrictions on you opening your own business free of this fee and the benefits.
2. Detroit will ensure your business is 'protected' by the assignments board which is internally managed. You will see frequent footfall, however this is dependent on job take up. 
3. To be recognised as a protected business, it should be established by the payee and feature either the West Montcalm Street [WMS] indicator, or the Park Avenue [PA] indicator.
